The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a room with sea view, overlooking the port area but also the pedestrian street - a great view and experience. Lots of great restaurants nearby, the Holtel is located right in the heart of the Old City but also close to the sea. We also totally recommend the Port area which is amazing, with some great restaurants and pubs, also an amusement park, a ferry terminal and also a duty-free shop. The Hotel was undergoing some extensive renovation works and the.direct access to the underground parking was not available, but once the works are completed the Hotel will be even more amazing and comfortable. We look forward coming back!

Central location, everything was very close. Our floor was on the 13th, and we had a nice view on the city.

Even though the room was clean in general, there was a weird smell in the bathroom from the pipes.

Last year the rooms look nice, now they need to be renovated again!!! Have in mind the hotel is currently in renovation for its second year if not 3rd. What looked good a year ago now is bad☹️ The parking is paid and located in the basement but one have to go out and around the hotel in order to access it. The payment system that someone has “cleverly” invented it the following: you get a ticket from the parking lot, take it out and around the hotel to the reception, pay at the reception-remember to have it stamped and take it back to the valet. But there is a trick to that - apparently there are two types of stamps so you need to get both of them or at least the one it says “Paid”. If you are not lucky you will have to go out, around the hotel to the reception again🤬. Usually I like walking but mindless trips around the hotel just to have a stamp on a ticket… that is way too much!

Top central location in the city of Varna where the main street is and the entrance of the Sea Garden.

At the moment these is nothing I could not like regarding this property. Moreover they are renovating the building

Excellent location which is why we have stayed there 3 times before.

Due to a very bad seizure and falling down 2 flights of stairs, I spent 1.5 days in Schumen Hospital. We, therefore, missed our second time booking on December 29th. I have received no refund for this missed stay.

hotel was under renovation when i went which the hotel did tell me after i made the booking breakfast was very good lots of choices and nice views of the city bed very comfy

It is located in a perfect place and have spacious parking. They have started a big renovation project and i hope they will do it ptoperly as the place have very high potential. The bed was comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Elevators are quick, which is important for such a high building.

The breakfast should be much richer for a 4 star hotel. Although the room was renovated it was alredy in rather bad condition. Walls were dirty and furniture had several dents.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is really satisfying.

The hotel is still being renovated which means that be prepared to listen to very unatractive construction voices. loud music can be heard through walls as well. Rooms are new , well planned but really small.
