Beautiful decor and beds were a dream

Sold as having concierge /shuttle services however in practice was not an on call concierge : shuttle service - I had to book in advance and wasn’t always available so a car would be better for this property if you don’t like walking too far in ski boots

整栋小屋装修很舒适维护的也很好，住的这六天有种在家的感觉，厨房设施齐全，厨房那个用品如洗洁精 抹布 洗碗海绵都配备齐全完全不用自己再去买，隔两天一次会有工作人员来收走垃圾更换毛巾。 房东在我们出发前几周就开始邮件联系询问我们出行方式、需不需要辅助旅行之类的。在出发前一周就能进行online checkin，完成后就得到自己小屋的门牌+code非常的方便，省去了去管理小屋办理注入手续的麻烦。 我们住的小屋客厅的一个窗帘有点问题不能拉下，拍了视频就和房东邮件联系了下，虽然晚了几天但最终窗帘也修理好了。很愉快的在koa度过了6晚，希望下次去niseko再能入住koa

No breakfast but I don't think I need it anyway.

1. If they can offer laundry service with additional charge, it will save my day 2. The townhouse can be noisy if you have noisy guest on the other side of the house.
