Very cheap, WI-FI ok, nice breakfast, great view from the room

There was an awful smell in the bathroom - I think it was from the drain in the floor

The guesthouse is run by a family. We got a warm welcome, a cozy and spacious room and some schnapps with the grandfather of the family. The room on the top floor had an amazing view over the mountains. Such a big plus.

Stoil and his family were exteremly welcoming and did their best to make us feel at home. The breakfast was always different and tasted very good. During the evenings we ate at the tavern of the hotel and the food was some of the best that we have tasted in Bansko, with very affordable prices. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. Would totally visit again!

The guest house was very warm, the restaurant was very tasty and cheap, the view was amazing. The area was quiet and relaxing.

The room was very warm and there was no chance to choose the desired temperature. The location is away from the old center, the parking was challenging and still possible.

Warm place with enough space for two adults and two big kids aged 11 and 14. It was possible to achieve privacy in the apartment due to the door between the two rooms. The friendly hosts and the home made breakfast we liked the most. The small family run taverna inside the house provided hot soups without hesitation.

It was a bit noisy in the evenings due to late visitors or other guests. The wifi signal was unstable and weak on our floor.

The owner of the hotel and his grandson - wonderful people, were ready to help. Simple but clean and spacious room. Loved bulgarian rose soap, small detail but makes the difference.

Finding the location was a little adventure on its own.

The guest house was simply amazing!!! Exactly as it says on the gate, it feels just like home. It is located at approx. 1.5 km from the gondola. The owner is a very welcoming and kind person, as well as the staff. Indeed, he does not speak English, which was only difficult because we would have loved to talk more with him, but we could get along just fine. We got a welcoming drink, 'rakia', as well as the departure wine, both homemade. All rooms have mountain views, which are absolutely breathtaking. The room we stayed in was very clean, very spacious, with storage spaces, comfortable mattress and great light. It had an on-suite bathroom and huge window, as well as a terrace to enjoy the view. Also, it was extremely well-heated, as you would need after a long day on the slopes. Everything in this guesthouse is very well-thought, amazingly decorated and makes you feel like home. The restaurant is traditional, both in terms of food and decorations. Also, the floor is heated and the owner made sure we were keeping a safe distance. We had breakfast included, and we could choose from a variety of options. We ordered in the evening for a certain time in the morning, and they were extremely punctual. Everything we ordered was fresh and made that day. We loved the simmering pita they always brought simmering hot, the Mekitsa served with Bulgarian feta and jam. For dinner, we tried several dishes from the menu such as the kebapche, the chomlek, the shaslik and several other dishes specially-created by Mr. Stoil, the owner. Overall, besides looking so appetizing, the food tasted amazing. The pickles are homemade. Prices are also very good.

I liked everything so I cannot complain about the guesthouse in any way. The only problem we had is that, given that parking is provided on the street, in front of the guesthouse, a 'friendly' neighbor scratched our car with a key, on the left side, on both doors. However, the guesthouse staff offered to provide they garage to park the car inside, to avoid any similar problem.

Clean and safe. All measures were kept for safety of gests.
