This hotel have one of the best restaurants in Mallorca

View from the room, staff can’t do enough for you, lovely restaurant we ate there on 8 evenings and good breakfast

One person serving in the pool bar at lunch time was ridiculous- too long to wait for a drink or food. Only one umbrella in the pool area should be at least a dozen. Only four tables to eat at in the pool area - not enough should be at least doubled. Where’s a toilet in the pool area crazy that there isn’t one. Pool area very small when large families are there. Too much bird pop everywhere - needs jet washing more often. Rock area below the restaurant never cleaned all the time we were there I.e bed and floor dirty. Poor waiter service again in this area. Restaurant menu very limited when staying for 2 weeks. Lastly a lot more could be done in the closed season like improving some of the landscaping and painting some of the outside - the hotel is looking very tired in places and is in need of renovation

If there was better access to the sea and the front of the property that would be perfect.

location is the best thing about this property. view of the ocean with lots of Mega Yachts.

No parking, beware you must park your car on the street which is a neighborhood. Therefore we cabbed everywhere as we didn’t want the hassle of finding a place to park. TV reception was non-existent. We had to go to a sport’s bar to watch the French Open. I think the hotel should have paid for our cab there and back. Lock on patio door did not work. AC was either too cold or too hot. Nice size room but decor very dated. Pool area poorly managed. My husband injured his arm moving a lawn recliner to a shaded area. Pool guy should have done this for us. Restaurant had a magnificent view of the water but food was not good and highly expensive. Charged 8 euros for bucket of ice. Did not supply any complimentary water. When asked about this, front desk told me to use mini bar so had to pay for it. No golf carts to take guests to their rooms. Front desk manager not friendly and was condescending. I repeatedly sent a note thru Booking to inquire about parking. Did not get an answer until 2 days before check in. This hotel could be so much more than it is.

The sea views , the birds, the hotel building with lovely dining spaces.

My room was along a very dark corridor and the room itself gloomy inside.

Dining area staff good

No coffee/ tea facilities. No wet wipes etc in bathroom. Ok but not special No complimentary water
