El personal es agradable i atent. Està ben ubicat.

Per començar les fotos son antingues o estan editades per que es vegi millor del que es realment. El lavabo de la habitacio feia molta olor a humitat i per tant, l’habitació també. L’esmorzar horrible. El pitjor que hem trobat durant 1 mes de viatge a Vietnam.

It appeared fairly secure. Convenient location.

Just about everything in the small economy room was faulty. The bar fridge was totally dead. They replaced it with one that also did not work at all. The television antenna cable was broken and the reception was minimal. The shower head holder was broken and could only b3 used by hand. The PowerPoint at the kettle/table didn’t work so had to use one near the bed

The location was perfect for visiting landmarks in the vicinity and the staff was quite friendly.

Pictures were a bit deceiving, the building is not in the best shape, or rather it is a bit old. Still nice though.

The location is good and the stuff is nice

Don't buy a sim at the counter, it took them more than 30 minutes to install them. Didn't have hot water. Didn't have a window in our room

The hotel stays inside the central of old town with variety of foods n shops. I always book for my parents to stay at this hotel after one time the hotel we used to stay was out of room n my parents have been staying in this hotel ever seen then for every trips to Hanoi and the price is cheap. Staffs are great n they like the room for its price and location.
