Good breakfast, large and clean room. The location of the hotel is a short walk from Haram, although situated on a hill. While the descent to Haram is a 5-10 minutes walk (depending on the Haram gate you need), the climb back could be challenging, particularly for older people or those with mobility issues.

Before arrival, I faced a communication issue through booking.com, trying to inform the hotel of my late arrival. The exchange was lengthy and unproductive, with the operator repeatedly misunderstanding my messages, suggesting I needed to book an extra night for arriving early. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find my booking had been cancelled due to the miscommunication about my arrival time. Thankfully, the receptionist was able to reinstate my booking without further issues. Additionally, there was an instance where I needed assistance from the reception, but my calls went unanswered for 20 minutes. I ended up having to go down to the reception in person to resolve my concern. Another disappointing moment was when I requested an iron and was sent one that was dirty, resulting in stains on my white shirt. I wasn’t going to report such issues, however this was particularly upsetting given the premium pricing of the hotel.

Excellent for umrah during Ramadan. Very convenient for suhoor and iftar. The prayer area on the 3rd floor was good too.

Location is good, but only a short distance further away from the Haram compared to the other hotels in clock tower. But that's fine as there were electric shuttles available. Breakfast was very good but at peak Ramadan months the service gets a bit stretched for your kitchen and waiting staff, I felt a bit sorry for your staff even though the service they provided was still excellent!

The downstairs Lobby bathrooms needed more frequent cleaning despite the fact that they are reserved for customers with access cards only. Again, it could be due to the busy time of year in Ramadan.

Locatie en excutive suite met uitzicht op haram, heerlijk ontbijt en housekeeping zorgt dat je niks te kort komt in jouw kamer.
