The location was perfect with the tram just a short walk away for getting into the city. Staff were all really friendly and facilities were great. The room was quiet and comfortable, great nights sleep each evening. Breakfast was good each morning, and the dinner we had at the hotel was wonderful. The swimming pool was bliss on the hotter days, and plenty of outside relaxation space. Massage was very relaxing after a full day walking in the city too!

Our breakfast was included. Great value. We loved everything. The place is beautiful, tranquil and serene.

The fact we were unable to use the pool due to the weather. Boohoo.

very nice property hidden away from the busy Florence Centre.

there is not a lot of restaurant or amenities around the area. but there is a restaurant at the hotel, which the pasta is exceptional!

well maintained and clean. nice swimming pool and green area.

the access with trolleys or suitcases is not easy, you can’t pull, you need to carry them. it was cold at night and the heating didn’t work. breakfast was very good.
