The room was dirty and smelt musty. We had to call the reception and they came to spray air freshener. The aisle way was littered with dirty bedsheets and plates which were not cleared.

Cooling of room was not upto the mark, Room was so congested, minibar refrigerator make so much noise,. Breakfast was not good, more attention required on clean and hygiene of room. Facilities provided not justified Room charge.

The staff was ok. Food is ok but expensive.
Early hours charged 800 rupees more which is too expensive in that area as compared to any other areas. Internal facilities are very bad. The showers were broken condition, the window curtain was too dusty, AC not functioning, windows can't be open no reason why.

The Aircon did not cool the room, it was 40 degrees outside so had a difficult time trying to sleep. The wash basin did not drain and spilled water all over the floor. The shower had no water pressure at all.
Not a happy customer.
