It was at the beach.

Everything was old and now well maintained. inside the pool the fluxions were lose and it was not so save for my 2-year old daughter. the AC was very dirty and didn’t really work well. even though there were almost no guests they didn’t give us a ground floor room with my toddler. the food was also not so good. the stuff was mainly friendly. they tested the sound system in the afternoon. it was so horrible loud really super loud even my daughter got afraid and they didn’t even bother to turn it down even after asking. we left without sleeping there. better to take just a day ticket there for the beach/pool. that’s totally enough.

The Hotel is okay but needs improvement. The bed is comfortable.

It is a very lovely place. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean. The food is exceptional and beautifully presented

The only thing that I would have liked is the facility to make a cup of tea in my room in the morning

The pool, facilities, music, staff, beach were all spectacular. Very local, few foreigners.

Our room had some issues. No mosquito net and the walls were a bit shabby. The patio door also didn't lock. Unsure if this was just our room, as it was on the end of the floor, as the other rooms looked a bit better kept as we walked past.

Location is perfect. The property is a real beach front property with a very nice and quiet public beach at the bottom of the courtyard. Perfect for really quiet long walks along the beach and exercising. I liked the fact that there were more local daily visitors at the property than tourists unlike Nungwi in Zanzibar which is full of wanna be tourist hippies. Reception and other staff were really good and friendly, but some of them were a bit inexperienced.

The bathrooms taps and fixtures were mouldy and green. I felt uncomfortable even just touching the taps and flushing the toilet as result. Some of bathroom walls had some stains on them. The bathroom floor towel and my bath towels weren't changed. I stayed for two nights, but it seemed the tiltes on the floor were not even given a wipe over. Only the bed was made. The swimming pool water was really dirty and cloudy. It didn't appear the water had been recycled cleaned for sometime. I didn't use it as a result.

The property is well kept and the environment is calm and welcoming.The shower had great pressure and the AC worked perfectly.

The waiter/waitress were slow and seemed to lack training. Some dishes lacked seasoning making them tasteless.
