Very clean and quiet room. Great location close to the epicenter of Bangla Road yet quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. 10min walk to the beach. Everything you need is on the same street: bike rental, laundry, currency, exchange, 7-11 etc. Room cleaned every day + two bottles of water - nice touch.

It was in general the cleanest place I have stayed during the last 3 weeks over here in Thailand. Sure the furniture and all the stuff is a bit old and could be renovated. But it's still totally ok. Plus the bed is comfy, the bathroom is extremely clean and the two owners are very friendly. Plus the price for what you get right at Patong beach is really good. Can absolutely recommend it.

Every day they clean your room and refill with fresh water bottles in the fridge.

Very good location, very close to lots of restaurants and shops, a few minutes walk from the beach, controlled access to the property, close to night clubs for those who like to experience. For those who like to listen to live bands, there's a place nearby called Red Hot with an amazing band, they play songs on request, so for me it was a great place to visit. The host arranged a very reasonable price taxi service for me on the day of my departure, around 600 bahts. Would recommend the place for its location and quite low price when I visited the place at the beginning of June 2022, around £34 for 2 nights.

The room didn't have a great view, but I was there to explore, so I wasn't really bothered by that.
