The staff at the reception and the housekeepers are really nice. They listen to the clients' requirement. Good location and warm bed

Several: 1. the elevator is very slow. I usually need to wait for more than 3 min. 2. Should have good breakfast at 19th floor. But it turns out to be the service to room. I doubt the reason of fear of affection. Because the restaurant on the 19th floor opens everyday in the noon and night. The takeaway breakfast is just so so. 3. The housekeeper usually just ignore the signal of "Clean the room now".
