1)The property is situated in the white town, very near to the rock beach. 2) It was not only a room they offered, rather there is a private a hallway before the room. The bathroom was spacious and clean. 3) The staffs were courteous and cooperative. I was greeted by Mohan there, who is well behaved and caring. 4) The stay was pleasant, the property owner considered my request for late check out with small charges.

1)Excavation work was going on at the entrance. 2) No parking facilities. 3) I, initially, found difficulty to find the hotel, as it looks like a normal house whose doors are always closed. But the staffs are always available on phone call.

Vera Level

Great location. It is very close to Aurobindo ashram, Rock beach and Manakula Vinayakar temple. Aravind who was the care taker was very nice and friendly. He cares well and available any time to support all your needs.

We didn’t like the staff working there. There’s some drainage foul smell coming all the time, next to the building.

The location is very near to beach, ashram etc and the staff Mr.Arabind was more friendly.

There could have been a mirror in the room. It was available in washroom only

The staff were very friendly. We reached there early morning before the check in time. They allowed us to keep the luggage there and go for sightseeing. They also arranged for to freshen up. The location is great just 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach. Also other major sightseeing spots were easily accessible.

Location is good, walking distance to ashram. Old heritage property

the place is not managed well,no caretaker there so you have to open and lock the door when you enter or leave the premise, no drinking water in room, no lift in premise,water logging in washroom.
