Spacious room and well-cleaned.
All staff is attentive and helpful. Buffet breakfast with a variety of choices.
Only 1 western restaurant and no restaurants nearby. We must take MTR to other stations for meals.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were immaculate. The staff was very courteous.
There could be more English speaking staff.

The location is excellent, near to train station which less than 5 mins walking distance. The train station is a Line 1 station make it easily accessible to a lot of popular tourism location without changing Line.

Staff won't pick up the phone pool wasn't Open. Service robot's are only for show they don't do anything. Pool isn't even high up it's just 4th floor
It's a bot misleading it's not really 5 star 4 star but Even then communication of staff was very poor they just pick up the phone.

The best part of this property is the Indian gentleman working there named Shaun who was very kind and helpful. he went out of his way to make our trip more comfortable.
nobody from the staff (except Shaun who is extremely helpful and attentive) speaks english.

Location is brilliant. Taxi always easy to get right outside of the hotel. Metro station is just few minutes walk.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, this time unfortunately due to the corona virus and availability we only had a short stay, however, we will be back again next year and will stay again with you providing there is availability and the price remains the same or similar :)
The buffet is not very western :) could do with real bacon. research what westerners eat for breakfast :) although i understand that alot of Chinese stay at this hotel and therefore the food is better suited to them :)

1. Over 100 self-controlled free up-to-date movies - similar to those on an aeroplane;
2. Friendly house-keeping staff;
3. Able to open windows for fresh air;
4. Big clean comfy beds; and
5. Convenient location.
NB. Would love to go back in Summer for the big outdoor swimming pool !
