We loved it. Excellent restaurants nearby with beautiful 15-20 minute walk to most tours/sites. Giovanna and Angelo were strong communicators; helpful to our interests and needs. Property is as advertised. You do need to be able to handle doing stairs. But we at age 60 handled it.

Had a amazing holiday in Edinburgh. Apartment was wonderful. It was very central, and a short walk to Princess street and the shops and art gallery.

We had a great stay. Very convenient to take the tram in from the airport and able to store our bags as we were a little early. Liked the neighborhood and could walk to all the sites in less than 30 minutes.

We stayed here with 6 adults and two kids. Great beds, plenty of common space, and great kitchen. It's in a perfect location for exploring Edinburgh, without being in the thick of things. Also, the host was very responsive and helpful.

Very clean and well represented. Apartment outfitted nicely with everything you would need. But please be aware…there are 69 steps to get to apartment and there is no lift.

We had a great time in Edinburgh the city is wonderful easy to navigate and everyone so friendly. Your vrbo was just the right size, close to everything and accessible

The apartment was great, very clean and lots of little touches like tea, coffee, jam and biscuits. In a great location, easy to get from the train station and to walk around the sights. There is no lift and it is a few flights of stairs which was okay for us. Giovanna was so helpful a great host. I would thoroughly recommend.

The flat was the perfect home base for our family and friends. There was ample room for everyone and the second bathroom was super helpful. Checkin was a breeze and we where comfortable the entire time. Location wise it’s only a short walk to the Royal Mile which was great. We would stay here again for sure.

The condo was conveniently located and within walking distance to old town and new town. Condo was clean and comfortable with 2 bathrooms. Giovanna was a great communicator and flexible to deal with.

The rooms were wonderful, clean, didn’t lack for anything. The host is amazing. The entrance and stairs were a challenge, but we are older. A bit noisy at night with bars across street. Giuliano’s Restaurant next door is absolutely amazing both in service and delicious food. I recommend this place highly.

This apartment worked very well us. There are loads of restaurants on the street. The one pub across the street is a bit loud but not terrible. The walk to High Street is not bad and Waverly station is an easy walk as well.

There are some stairs to go up and some road noise with the windows open if those are concerns. Otherwise a well equipped and comfortable place to stay. Good Stay
Very good Edinburgh apartment for families that is within walking distance or easy bus to the Royal Mile. There are some stairs to go up and some road noise with the windows open if those are concerns. Otherwise a well equipped and comfortable place to stay. Very friendly owner who took care of our needs and communication was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing find!
This property is in an absolute perfect location. It is clean, spacious and has everything you could need for a stay away from home! The little extras are a really thoughtful touch.
Fantastic communication throughout from the owners who go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay, they also own the restaurant next door which is a must visit!

Giovanna and Paolo were very friendly and helpful. The flat looks to be almost entirely remodeled and everything looks great--kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, all of it. If you are someone who is nervous about the cleanliness of vacation rentals, this place is for you! It is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator, so you will need to be comfortable climbing stairs. And if you like having the windows open in the summer, there is street noise. But this were minor points for us; overall, we thought this place was great and definitely would stay here again. Great Place to Stay
The hosts were amazing! The restaurant they run below was great as well. The place was very clean and located in tue middle of town close to the train station. We were there on a couple of hot days and it was pretty warm in the apartment, but could definitely could be remedied with a couple fans. As mentioned in other reviewers, the apartment is across from a club and you can hear music into night so might affect some. Would recommend this place as we had a great time there!

Very clean and well equipped
The property was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. There was coffee, tea and everything we needed. Giovanna was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was bustling and the stairs with oversized bags a challenge. The location was great for us and the access Tom buses convenient.

Excellent place, perfect location!!!
The location is excellent, we can see Calton Hill from the window. It’s close to the major tourist spots. The apartment is large enough for our family of 4. The mattresses are comfortable and shower was nice and hot. Washing machine with electric dryer rack. Giovanna was super attentive and responsive, she helped us check-in, booked taxi to airport and printed boarding passes. I can see walking up three flights of stairs can be a bit tough for some. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this place.

Right in the centre of everything for my large family trip
Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The proximity to the tram stop was great! The property was clean and in good condition. It was well stocked with dishes. utensils, pots and pans. There is some noise from the street. But this is to be expected when staying in the centre of the city. Great property! Great stay!

Great hosts and apartment
Giovanna is very responsive and the apartment clean and spacious. Really nice having two bathrooms with five of us. Only request is to have some ice cube trays in the freezer. Otherwise had everything we needed and could walk everywhere we needed to go. Many thanks Giovanna annnd family!!

Very nice place to stay and outstanding host!
This was a terrific place to stay in Edinburgh and was close to all things to see! Giovanna, our hostess, and her husband were very helpful and gracious. The entire apartment was extremely clean and had many extra amenities. Coffee, teas, jams and spices were a delightful surprise! The mattresses were extremely comfortable w/ quality bedding along w/ bath sheets provided for bathing.
Definitely a great place to stay comfortably. There were seven of us and we had such ample room without ever feeling cramped! The pizza place next to the apartment is wonderful so you never gave to go far for a late evening meal after a long day of sightseeing and playing in Edinburgh. In addition the Omni across the street has multiple places to dine. It’s only a short walk from the train station so arriving and departing even w/ luggage is easy!

Family Trip to Edinburgh
We took a family trip to England and Scotland with 10 people. Giovanna was a great host and the property was just as advertised and in a great part of town. It was very accessible to everything and a short walk from Waverly Train Station. We could walk to Calton Hill, Princes Street, the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle no problem. The property is directly across from the Playhouse if you want to catch a show and close to plenty of places to eat. We had a blast exploring Edinburgh. Thanks for hosting.

Lovely staff, lovely clean place equipped with EVERYTHING you need!
As a group of 18 year olds about to go to uni, this self-catering apart enables us to learn life skills ready for that, as well as it being a great location in the historic centre of Edinburgh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone!
