Lovely staff, always happy and welcoming. Great location, in a quieter laneway, close to many restaurants and easy walking distance to all main tourist attractions in District 1. Would recommend and stay again.

The staff were friendly. Kind and surprise gesture left outside the door on our last night. Still able to walk to key attractions/points of interest.

Staff were not at the desk on arrival. No safe space to leave luggage. Stuffy room. The area surrounding the hotel wasn't great.

Very friendly staff that went the extra mile in service. The WiFi didn’t work well at our floor. So the staff went out to buy a router for us. The hotel paid for it. Also free laundry every day was great.

DAs Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hotel werden Ausflüge angeboten und es gibt zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Khoa, der Hotelmanager, war auch sehr professionell und freundlich! Gleich 2 Straßen weiter ist eine große Partystrasse, aber im Hotel und den Zimmern ist es dank der Seitenstraße ruhig.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable which was very welcome at the end of a long trip. The staff were amazing and were so helpful. Organising day trips, restaurants etc. however I ended up getting sick and they were so kind organising medical supplies, making me foot soaks and topping me up with water and food. Top notch experience

We loved our stay here. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the free laundry service was a nice extra. Great location on a quieter street slightly away from the business of the city but still in a very central location close to the main attractions. All the staff were so kind and attentive throughout. The staff were incredible at Chez Mimosa. Our flight came in late and they stayed past midnight to accommodate for us. Their communication was brilliant. The free laundry was a game changer for our organisation. Most importantly, it was the only soft bed we encountered on the entire trip!! Brilliant location, amazing staff

The location was good with many different eateries around. It also has some really good local food joints. It is also walking distance to some of the attractions ( 700m to Ben Thanh, 1km to Saigon centre..). The place is also quiet at night despite the busy surroundings which provide a restful sleep. The staff are helping and proactive in assisting or addressing any needs.

The pick up/drop off location is at a busy road and there's usually 2 different drop off/pick up points which can be confusing for tourists if the drivers decided to go by a different route.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. 5 min zur Bui Vien Street und ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu den anderen Hauptattraktionen in HCM. Das Zimmer war schlicht und sauber eingerichtet. Am letzten Tag habe ich sogar noch ein Fußbad erhalten. Die erste Wäsche ist kostenlos. Aufgrund der Baustelle nebenan haben sie mir eine Entschädigung angeboten.

Ich hatte das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ohne Fenster. Das Zimmer könnte mal wieder neu gestrichen werden. Das WLAN war in meinem Zimmer auch ziemlich schwach. Es waren einige deutliche Flecke an den Wänden zu sehen. Zudem war neben an die öffentliche Toilette und leider war es sehr hellhörig und ich habe entsprechend alles gehört. Auch wenn das Hotel dafür nichts kann, finde ich es wichtig zu erwähnen. Es befindet sich aktuell eine Baustelle neben an und es wird zwischen 8:30am - 5pm ziemlich laut.

La habitación muy bien decorada, limpia y cómoda. Zona nada ruidosa para lo que es la ciudad. Y el personal excelente, muy atentos desde el primer momento hasta que recogimos las maletas.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der kostenlose Laundry-Service hat super geklappt, morgens rausgestellt, abends war alles gewaschen zurück. Die Klimaanlage war in der „JuniorSuite mit Balkon+free Laundry“ super positioniert im Vorraum… man wurde nicht direkt angeblasen 👍 Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Taxi bzw. ein günstigeres GrabCar wurde für uns fix bestellt. Ein gebuchter Ausflug für den nächsten Tag konnte problemlos 1 Tag vorher am späten Nachmittag storniert werden. Frühstücken waren wir außerhalb… wir können somit nichts sagen zum Frühstück im Hotel… ich wüsste auch nicht wo dieses sein könnte… 🤷🏼‍♀️ Wir haben kein Restaurant im sehr kleinen Hotel gesehen… 🤷🏼‍♀️ Fön (in einer Box „versteckt“) ShowerGel, Shampoo und Handseife, große Duschtücher und kleine Waschlappen… alles vorhanden 👍

Nebenan war eine Baustelle… dafür kann das Hotel aber ja nichts… und die Arbeiten gingen auch erst um 8:30 Uhr morgens los.

It was our first ever trip to Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to experience in the city. It’s in the most authentic looking alley way and once you come out of the alley way, you are in the middle of Ho Chi Minh’s hustle and bustle. The room was perfect and tidy with the right amenities, they also offered free laundry service and room had the perfect air con. We loved chatting with the staff- they were so friendly and professional and recommended places to us. We miss Ho Chi Minh city and will definitely be back to stay at this place! Thank you for a beautiful and memorable experience.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were equipped with everything that a guest would need. The property is centrally located and so getting around was very easy.

The comfiest bed we have slept in, in 2 months of travel! Wish we were staying longer! Staff were so friendly, a special thanks to the man doing the night shift who checked us out at 4am for our flight! Room was clean, had a fridge and hairdryer - we didn’t hear any construction noise but we were out and about a lot. Gave us a foot spa to do which was such a nice touch Free basket of laundry which they did in under 24 hours!
