Clean, large and modern room and a 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff. Great value for money as the rate included breakfast.

Great location, super close to a ton of restaurants, gas stations and main highway exits. The room was super clean, spacious and well stocked with coffees and teas. We were pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast that was included in our stay. Great options of hot and cold food. We also appreciated the free parking on site since we travelled a great distance. Thank you for all the lovely staff we encountered during our stay. Would stay again!!

The room, hotel and facilities were as expected and in good order. The staff upon my arrival and during check out were helpful and friendly.

The doors automatically locked when I stepped outside to leave and the night staff refused to buzz me back in at 3:30am in the morning.

The breakfast was delicious and I am glad there were a lot of options, My 6 yr old is a picky eater and she had a good amount to choose from. The room is really nice, not too small nor too big, the beds were very comfortable for my little ones and I. I had some issues checking in, it was a long day too. But the staff at the front desk let me check in anyway and told me, that they'll call when they can help me resolve the issue, after checking in. I really appreciated that.

Maybe more towels available in the room. Other than that, there is nothing I see that needs improvement. I was really impressed with the hotel and its welcoming atmosphere.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Barely able to sleep. Breakfast was way too spicy. No bacon, only peppery sausages and fried potatoes overly seasoned and spicy. Had to spend money at Dennys.

It was not possible to turn off the air conditioning completely. So during the night cold air came into the room so that we had to turn on the heat again which was kinda loud

This hotel provides basic but very comfortable and clean accommodations. Furniture and fittings are dormitory-style, heavy and indestructible, but everything functioned normally. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet.

Hotel parking is limited, and after a snowstorm it's even more limited.

It was clean and conveniently located in town.

The breakfast could have been better, but maybe because they weren’t as busy as kids have gone back to school, they cut back a little?
