Location to metro station.

The pictures on booking.com were misleading. The property we stayed in was not furnished as expected. Broken blinds, large picture frames from walls missing exposing nails and pictures left in corner of rooms on the floor. The worst part of the stay was the continuous drilling in the property next door from 9-5pm everyday which meant we could not relax and sleep in at the apartment. This was a real problem for our small children. It took numerous emails and complaining for 2 days before we were offered alternative accommodation. The communication with the Guesta representative was very poor and unsatisfactory. I would never book with Guesta again.

Location was great. Apartment was big too. Nice kitchen equipment. The host helped us with the luggage which we appreciated.

We were made to wait for passport verifications despite sending them before hand. This was not a good experience. The host was not very responsive. Some of the messages weren’t replied to. The worst was when the host came unannounced to our house early morning on the day of check out. He actually walked into each room for an inspection which I thought was rude and uncomfortable.

The location is especial it is close to marina& metro station carffor supermarket

I would like to make sure that the apartment has been well maintained , such as air conditioning and showers water, before handing over

The place was nice and great location. The washer and dryer was the best part.

My check in process was horrible and made us miss several business meeting. We paid to check in on Wednesday, so we could check in at 7AM on Thursday. Because the management company did not handle the id part of staying in a place and not answering the phone or text messages, we could not check in until almost 11am. Understand the situation, not only were we trying to call, even the front desk was calling and got no response until after 10. So what if this was a real life emergency?????? Did they refund us our money for at least one day? NO Since would could not check in until almost what a Thursday check in would have allowed.

Fantastic location right at the marina. Magnificent view from balcony of the marina and the sea. Comfortable bedrooms and nice spacious living room. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet with washing machine and dryer.

Freezer section of the fridge had not been defrosted for ages. Little maintenance issues. Easily sorted if someone cares to check.
