The location was very convenient for our purpose of traveling to Kearney. The hotel had a nice green space for our puppy and was close to other walkable areas.
The hot tub was not available due to maintenance.

Breakfast was just OK, we didn't eat all of what we took.
The parking was perfect, outdoor space was & location was amazing, close to great eateries, & my favorite shopping.. excellence throughout.
Breakfast was not hot, even though we went down about 8am.
The queen bed mattress was not very comfortable.
I had hoped for an outdoor pool.

We were in town for the girls state wrestling meet. We were surprised by the size of our room! There was a kitchen and just about anything else we could have needed/wanted. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! It was a peaceful, quiet hotel at night, as well.

we weren’t allowed to use the pool (on a Saturday!) because they were cleaning it.

The hotel was very clean and nice looking. Breakfast was great. Room was wonderful and comfortable!!!
Please do not put families with small kids on top floors!!! The family above us had kids running around early am and late pm. I called to their room to ask their parents to please be courteous which turned out okay, but the noise was very loud!!!!
