It’s ok clean and it was fun weekend.
But air condition is not working

The place was decent but didn't seem like it was taken care of very well. You start your stay buy entering into a dark garbage drop off room to pick up your keys. Lots of blinds were missing, garbage was under the couch, chipped paint, stains on the blinds and couches, mold hair and water stains in the bathroom. The bathroom fan bearing must have been worn out because it gave off a very loud high pitch noise every time the light was turned on. The largest bedroom does not have a full wall only a half wall with blinds that lets in lots of light and all the sound so be prepared for that if you are a light sleeper. The cost per night was a 5 star resort price but with some serious motel vibes. The blue mountain village is located across the street so it is very convenient to go shopping.

Love the layout of this place, perfect for a family getaway.Steps away from the Village. Everything provided for. My family had a wonderful time. I would have given this place a 5 except for the very smelly, stained couch/ sofa bed that clearly needs a very deep cleaning.

Really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Walk. The location was perfect, just cross the road and you are walking into the village. The price was great, we looked at staying in the village and couldn’t believe the pricing. Mountain Walk allowed us to enjoy the village at a super reasonable price. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely spacious home so close to the village!
First time booking with Vacasa and this home is Minutes away (walking distance) from the village, lots of room for the 7 of us (6 adults and a baby), lots of storage and even included dish and kitchen ware which was super convenient since we cooked our meals all weekend. The improvement here is to mention this in the listing as we brought some of our own cook ware and disposables. It’ll definitely help to lessen our load on what to bring.
The functionality of the kitchen was great and had enough space for what family meals we wanted to make. There’s lots of natural light coming into the home as well which was great and had a nice view of the hills. It was our home away from home.
Another improvement is for the email to include pictures after confirmation or close to check in date of where the keys are located for the rental home especially if you’re a first time renter. We had to call customer service to advise us and they weren’t sure as well. The instructions to get the parking passes weren’t clear as well.
Finally , I gave this a 4/5 as there’s always room to improve overall but it was a great first stay! We hope to come back in the future! Thanks for a great listing Vacasa team!

The overall experience was ok. The condo we stayed at needs a lot of updating. We stayed at Disney on resort for cheaper and had 10 times the accommodations. I would rent again if this condo had a major update. Other than that I would rent somewhere else for more money.

This property is conveniently located to the Blue Mountain lifts - walking distance in your ski boots! It is a great value for the price. A bit on the older side, but very well stocked with all the appliances you could want to make all your meals. Overall the property was nice. It was a bit dated but the location 500' from the chair lift made up for that. You cant get any closer without staying in the village.

Really close to the village but not well maintained and dated. Blinds were missing panels and had stains on them. You can't close them all as they are broken. Mold in the bathroom and a loud broken fan. Hard to sleep at night because there is half a wall in the main bedroom that lets in noise and light. Overall the location is great but not maintained properly or cleaned very well. This place looks like it hasn't been touched since the 90s... definitely needs some upgrades especially for what you pay.

We went with our family and it was an amazing time. The rooms were spacious and clean. The TVs were great for the children at night. The best part was the style of the home. It was so modern and beautiful. We are 100% going to stay here again!

This unit needs a lot of work and a major renovation. It’s a complete gut job, too many issues to even mention. We left early. But, I have to commend Vacasa, they were excellent to deal with, very understanding and very reachable. They have great customer service, and the local property management company was very helpful to the best of their capabilities. I would def book another property with Vacasa, just not this place.

They have great customer service, and the local property management company was very helpful to the best of their capabilities.

It’s old, there’s a stinking smell, the fitted carpet is filthy, the bath tubs have mould, the kitchen is super old and dirty (drawers and cupboards). Unfortunately very low value for money.

Good place for a long weekend
The set up is good with regards to accessibility and there is everything you need to prepare meals, clean up after meals and store food. A little bit dated interior with some light bulbs burnt out, some cob webs in common area, and broken lamp shade in master bedroom. Overall acceptable with a nice bbq and view of the mountain (minor obstructions).

We loved being able to walk to the ski lift. We didn't need the car during our 4-day stay st all.
The appartment was spacious for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. With some update this unit could be even 5 stars.

Great location, easy check in but a noisy master bedroom
The apartment was great, easy walk across the street to the village and the lift chair. Very easy Check-in. The apartment was comfortable, beds were well outfitted. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, though I would recommend packing coffee filters, paper towel and sponges for dishes.
Now for some negative feedback. There are only 2 key fobs for the building so for a group you need to figure out how to manage who will have the fob on the ski hill or you cannot get into the building. My biggest item of concern is the fact that the master bedroom is essentially a loft overlooking the living room and kitchen. There is no noise barrier, so whomever is sleeping in the master can hear every single conversation and sneeze at every hour. This made it difficult for sleep without earplugs if anyone was a late night person vs an early morning person.
Now for some negative feedback.
