Good location and big apartment. Walking distance to large Waitrose supermarket and local pub and small shopping area. Also close to bus stops, however did not use.

Property does need a few repairs ie kitchen floor a bit wobbly it spots, clothes rack one leg broken. Entry to property though main door could be tidied up as not a good impression when first opening door.

Nice spacious flat in great location close to city centre, local shops & a supermarket. Very quiet. Comfy beds Very cold weather & nice to arrive & find heating on for us, flat stayed cosy despite arctic conditions outside. Good quality linen. Fairly well equipped kitchen on the whole Excellent wifi

A motion sensitive light outside front door would be useful - quite dark at night. Couple of minor issues - very odd cutlery - enough knives but only 3 forks & 2 spoons! Fine for just 2 of us but if we had been a family it would have been a problem. As it was I found some in a second hand shop in Topsham so added those to the inventory. Also bought a couple of decent sized dinner plates as those provided were pretty small. Pans are a bit tired - no wooden cooking spoons which would help keep the non-stick surfaces better. TV doesn't have an aerial so can only access through Freeview-Play which is rather clunky.

It was clean inside

There was no proper curtain in the living room, no shower curtain and difficult to use the shower as the shower holder was broken.

Location good - but parking a lottery. Kitchen well equipped.

Uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable sofa, useless shower (just a hand held thing attached to the bath taps).
