Que lugar perfeito! Você realmente se sente dentro de uma casa japonesa, com os costumes, o café da manhã e o banho… simplesmente sensacional! O quarto é grande e confortável, foram as nossas melhores noites no Japão! Tem bike de graça também para dar uma volta, incrível!

我們連續住了三晚，雖然有猜到可能不會提供打掃服務，但是原本以為，至少會幫忙清理房間的垃圾桶、換擦手毛巾，但是並沒有，覺得有點可惜。

this is the lodging thay i ever dreamt for! very cozy vibes and have all the things we need. we used the BBQ space and had the best time. the staff is so accommodating to all we need. wish we had time to enjoy the onsen and movie room. it looks amazing

Great coffee and breakfast. Really friendly staff. Nice and calm surroundings. Coasy and large room. Really nice place to stay. Great view. Perfect stay for our family. They have a table tennis in ground floor and my son loved it :).

The only thing I could think of is distance between bus stop and the building itself. It would be nice to know in advance that the walk with suitcases is a bit long and some shuttle service or taxi would be nice. As a foreigner it is a bit difficult to organize a taxi the minute you step off the bus.

The staff was kind and polite.It was cool and comfortable even though it was midsummer.

It wasn't a problem with the facility, but the sounds of the Self-Defense Forces exercises could be heard at times.

It is a very peaceful bed and breakfast that is not far from the lake that overlooks Mount Fuji. I loved the Japanese style baths and the movie theater room that they had. The breakfast was well made and the coffee was good. The free bikes really make the price worth it if you are planning on taking a ride around the lake or the area.

The doors are pretty thin so if guests come in late or leave early it might disturb sleep.

High service standard. Room is spacious. Towels provided were clean and very good for using.

Shower facilities are not adequate. We cannot use it at our first night just because it was occupied from 10 to 12. Curtain is not sunlight proof so we waked up by the sun in early morning.

Fantastic place, it really gives you the feeling of being at home. The cafe serves the best coffee we tried in Japan, there is a large room for kids to play and a living room to watch movie on a big screen. There is also a washer and a drier that is super helpful. The Japanese style bath is very relaxing after a day outside. Our room was very large and comfortable. The owner is super friendly and hospitable, we definitely recommend this place! The lake is about 10 minutes walk on a very pleasant road.

The owner of the hotel is friendly and kind, he briefed us with all his hotel's room & facilities upon our arrival. If you come here, better self drive. But the parking space is limited and narrow outside the property.

We prefer to have a own bathroom attach with our family room. Luckily it's not full house during our stay, sharing bathroom at downstairs doesn't bother us much.

Not only were the facilities great but the manager was so very kind to us.

The accommodation was lovely - a quaint little guesthouse located in a quiet part of Yamanakako town. The apartment we stayed in was a cosy Japanese ryokan style room, with futon beds, tatami mats and low tables. We also got a nice peek of Mt Fuji from our room window. The room had all the amenities we needed - kettle, sink and toilet, heater aircon, bedding and blankets. The guesthouse also has a common TV room with a huge projector screen, and a hot tub in the common bathrooms on the first floor. Breakfast was handmade by our host (Tomoki-san) every morning as we enjoyed a lovely view of the quiet town around us while eating at the cafe. Coffee provided during breakfast was also delicious, with soy milk alternatives provided. There were bicycles we could borrow on the property to cycle out to grab dinner or a snack at the konbini. Tomoki-san also helped us book a cab to the train station on our last morning.

The location was pretty far in from the nearest bus station, which meant we had to walk the 1.5km distance from the bus stop while pulling our luggages. A big tip would be to drive when staying here, especially since the bus services end quite early. The shared bathroom was also not in the best condition but it was decent for an old property.

The room is very big for japanese standard. Beds are comfortable.....and coffee is good too
