It was immaculate and very well appointed for a family holiday. A great location and plenty of space for parents and kids (separate sleeping quarters) Great kitchen and deck - everything was considered and provided for

The only negative was no dryer - especially for drying towels and sheets in unfavourable weather Has some problems with the septic system which created a lingering smell but was attended to and rectified

Quiet neighborhood, beautifully appointed furniture, spacious deck, proximity to beautiful beaches and golf courses.

Communication with Rod (the property manager) was impeccable. The house itself exceeded my expectations. It was in a sheltered location and was just perfect for an executive getaway. Quality furniture made for comfortable long dinners and unavoidable napping on the couch (even Ash Barty’s Wimbledon win couldn’t save me from nodding off on this comfortable lounge). Our group really appreciated the warm, welcoming touches (the goodies, beautifully scented liquid soap and moisturiser) which enhanced our enjoyment of this comfortable, and oh, so clean property. The cupboards were fully stocked with generous supplies of the essentials (plenty of toilet paper, detergents, BBQ wipes etc.) good quality essentials too! These touches made me feel that we were welcome guests in this tastefully decorated home and the owners were proud to present their home this way for our enjoyment (no cutting corners here, they’re not stingy). Quality bedding, comfortable beds and a fire pit that really did keep us toasty, completed the perfect picture, and made for a fantastic getaway.

This property is perfect. It is rare that I find a property faultless, but, yep, this is it!

The house was immaculate. I've stayed in many holiday rentals and have never seen one of such high quality. Everything was immaculate, from the facilities, furnishings, outdoor equipment and rooms.
