Very clean. Excellent location. Much better than a hotel for a comparable price if you need two hotel rooms.

No shampoo or soap in the bath. Only one shower for the three rooms is a little tight in the evenings if you have four people. Would have liked a link for maps because Google has trouble finding this location. Would have liked directions to where the community trash is, since we were expected to remove it trash.

Very convenient to bryce and zion. Great hiking in the area.

In other condos we have stayed they provide bath soaps, shampoo.

Plenty of room for us as a family. Good quiet location. A well equipped house, with everything we needed.

Although the pool itself was clean the pool area was not - food, socks, food cartons etc all littered about.

Location was great. Hosts were very accommodating and many options for food, sight seeing, jeeping, hiking, relaxing and more. It was nice to have a place to make breakfast, clean laundry, clean dishes, tv’s for family movies…you can access with your Amazon and Netflix account and more!

The king size and queen mattresses/beds could use some better support. I’m not a big guy (200lbs) and it felt like I was sleeping in a groove. My personal recommendation would be to replace the support system under the mattress and replace the mattress in the near future for the queen and king beds.

Great neighborhood easy access to pool and gym area plus Love the location near grocery store and the bonus for me was that we had a trail that we hike the second day of our stay , in overall We love it!

Location was great. Property very clean. Good communication with host.

Lamp over dining room table was broken. Inadequate lighting in living room for anything except watching TV. We had to bring a lamp down from a bedroom. The third bedroom is not appropriate for adults. Bunk beds with clearance so low you bonk your head if you sit up unexpectedly. No bedside table at all. Would be fine for kids.

We loved the layout, and enjoyed having more space than the little apartment we currently live in. The host was awesome to work with, and always responded quickly to my texts.

It had a really weird smell that was overwhelming every time we entered the house. The check out guidelines that were emailed to us from booking.com, were different than the checkout list the owner had hanging in the house.

Great location, wonderful communication from Lee throughout our stay. Very clean and just the right size for our family of 6.

The king bed was a bit soft. Also the tv service was a bit confusing, no cable.
