Area was very safe for being downtown. Property was easy to enter with door codes. Parking a second vehicle wasn't hard, street parking was readily available. Property was comfy and clean. Plenty of room to spread out and allow 4 adults to do their own thing in the downtime between outings.

Had to temporarily unplug air freshener in kitchen for duration of stay, it has a very pungent floral scent and was impossible to ignore.

We loved our stay! Conveniently located a block from one of the Trolley stops and within walking distance of the historic down town, and only a 20 minute drive to beautiful Wrightsville beach! Everything about our stay was easy from check-in to check-out. We received texts and emails with all the information we needed to access the building and condo, and a parking pass for the adjacent parking lot was provided. The condo was beautiful! it was immaculate and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay, as well as brochures for dining, sightseeing, museums, transportation, etc. The host was in touch prior to our arrival to see if we had any questions or concerns, and gave us great recommendations for food and fun. We highly recommend booking this condo!

The pictures did little to show what a nice place Dwtn Condo 4 is. Each of my adult children said they would love to own the property. I was relaxing and very comfortable. I cannot say how pleased we were to stay in the condo. A home away from home. I had many reservations when I realized it was in a community setting with no onsite staff, but the staff settled my fears by being attentive. It is a safe and clean environment.

The only thing I would recommend is a larger television in the bedrooms.

The location is great, everything was clean and fresh. I liked the small details like ziplock bags in different sizes and board games for kids,maps and activities flyers. Thanks 😊

The bed in master bedroom was a little small not think it queen size! It need two skinny persons to fit in.

It was a clean place and was very beautiful inside.

I guess the parking. I just had to fine the time to park close but it was it pretty easy to fine parking.
