It’s location
There was no soap in the bathroom, the room was not soundproofed as stated and it was smaller than the advertised picture

Le studio très vaste et très calme
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas prévu, alors que Booking me l'avait offert en tant que membre Genius. J'ai pu néanmoins l'obtenir après réclamation.
La salle de déjeuner est dans un café voisin, il faut sortir de l'hotel.
La douche est mal conçue et déborde dans la salle de bains

Breakfast included in the stay.
The pictures advertised on Bookings.com look so different than the apartments,it is small and just not pleasing.
I would not stay here again.
The location is not great either,you feel like you’d be robbed outside the hotel or your car stolen as parking is not offered unless you pay extra and even then the paid parking area is next to a dumpster.

I liked the apartment amenities, which meant I could cater for myself more easily than in a conventional hotel scenario. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable

The layout of the room and the spaciousness.
I booked for 3 nights, stayed for 2 nights and checked out early because the parking area was street parking, had a rental vehicle and was sceptical to park on the road. The first night I checked in, I was greeted by a pile of puke outside the elevator. It is an apartment hence no receptionist available 24/7, was issued with my keys by the security guard. Tried to cancel my booking after the 1st night however the manager refused a refund even though parking was an issue. I will not recommend this apartment to anyone for safety and security purposes.

The area was not safe at night. Few if any nearby restaurants or stores were open after 5:00.

Spacious Room
I was promised private parking parking if I pay for the 2 nights. I paid R280 in dodgy parking area, where it is open for the public over the weekend, as we discovered afterwards. I arrived back to the hotel, only to find no parking available where I paid and ending up to park on a random public parking in the city and having to walk a distance with all our valuables at night.

The lift was out of order. Moved us to another Wink hotel and did apologize but it was super inconvenient (especially as we had a family member on a wheelchair!!)
Pillows were filthy.
