The hotel was just what we needed - a convenient location close to the train station for one night. We were between day trips and location was the biggest factor in our hotel choice. We also really liked how spacious our room was.

A lot of the amenities were only available near the front desk, instead of inside the room. It felt a bit awkward to pick things up and then go back to our rooms.

離車站很近, 方便到鐮倉及江之島旅遊, 房間算闊落, 設備整潔齊全, 附近有商店食肆非常便利, 高樓層景觀真的很開揚, 天氣好的話應該能見到富士山, 性價比不錯

Went in a summer weekday so room was heavily discounted. Room had all the basics for a 1 night stay. Very friendly staff who agreed to keep my baggage for free well before the check in time. Combini on 1F and Gusto on 2F was really convenient.

I really shouldn't complain that the rooms were small because that's the case in almost all 3 star hotels in Japan. Very limited amenities kept at the reception for you to select from, they could keep some more like mouth wash and loofah. The water pressure in the wash basin tap was a little low however the shower pressure was too high.

great location. close the the stations (JR and Enoden) but you wont hear the trains etc. there are lots of restaurants with take-out in the area so you will always have something to eat or snack on. we also bought some sparklers at the Donki Hote nearby to have a Hanabi at the beach at night.

The staff are very nice.

Everything was excellent! Lovely hotel, room was small but nice and clean. Personal was very helpful. They store our baggage before the check in for free. Thank you very much for that!

The view was incredibly beautiful! I paid extra to have a high floor room with view on the ocean, and they didn't mention that I would also be able to see Mount Fuji!! I definitely reccommend paying extra for the view, it's worth it!

The pillows were slightly too hard for my tastes, but it's really just a matter of personal preferences.

The view was nice and the employees are also nice but the manager was not.

I paid $14,500 yen which is twice as much as what other people paid for the same room. I asked if I could at least have breakfast since I'm paying so much and they said no. I got into the room and their was a hole in the carpet, dust balls on the bed header, and dust balls on the window sill.

Close to the train station and easy to find. There are a couple of restaurants inside the building and a convenience store on the ground floor. Room was clean and a decent size for a short stay with two people.

Close to station, with loads of restaurants were nearby. I especially like the fact that a convenience store was exactly on the ground floor of the hotel, a Don Quijote store is also within close distance so it's extremely convenient to buy anything you need. Bathroom facilities were excellent as well.
