Due to lack of reviews, I had no idea what to expect but it was much better than I imagined. Getting around to popular spots like Shibuya, and especially around Shinjuku, was easy because there is a station super close by. There is also a seven eleven near the apartment and many restaurants.The neighborhood was nice. I could definitely see this place being ideal for long term stays as well, especially because of the kitchen size and closet space! It was very spacious for 2 people!

The only thing that I’d suggest improving is new comforters (blankets) for the extra bed/sofa bed since they seem a bit old, and possibly new pillows as well, but that’s an easy fix and could definitely change after I write this review.

The apartment is located basically right across the street from both a 7-11 and a train station (if you hit the light on green it takes less than a minute to walk to either). It is also located in Shinjuku, so there is plenty to do locally and call-in services don't have large expensises as they would if you were farther out.

The train station it is located to is not a very well connected station. Of course, it is better than walking, but you won't be able to take a direct line to anything very popular. But, this is a small complaint since Google maps can help you with transfers and a 10 minute walk can get you to a much better station if you really need it.
