SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BOOK HERE. I booked to stay here one night for a business trip and the accommodation was such that I left at 11:30pm to another hotel. I have never done anything like this in my life. First, the so-called “seamless check-in process” required me to go to an address over a mile away by car. This round trip took over 30 minutes by car and the uber cost $25 simply to go pick up the keys. The check-in instructions also did not properly set the expectations that the keys are in a completely different location, and rather say “a short walk away” – in all my past experience, this means somewhere on the same block, not a 20 minute walk. First strike. When I finally got into the apartment, the toilet seat had pubic hair and dry pee on it. Yes, I’d seen the ratings that cleanliness was so-so but a clean toilet seat is the bare minimum that any accommodation has to meet. They failed on this front too – Second strike. Finally, this apartment is between a bar and a pizza joint, and windows are so thin that I could hear the conversation happening on the street. As the description says, there is a hospital nearby, so I knew to expect sirens and other noise. Heck, I live in New York, I am used to street noise. I am not used to practically non-existent windows. I managed to sleep for 45 minutes before the street noise made it impossible to stay asleep. This may be fine travelers on drinking trips, but it is not acceptable for business travel. Final strike. So I called a nearby hotel, put my clothes over my pajamas and left. And of course, this is a no refund property (why would it be otherwise, when they know it is so terrible). A final note – my stay was in early fall and the temperatures were decent. I did notice that there were two small heaters in the corners of the room. Given how thin the windows are, I anticipate this property gets extremely cold in the winter...

location was quite noisy during the weekend especially late at night/early morning, 2 out of 6 nights the building next door were throwing long wooden planks and big junk from the 2nd or 3rd floor onto a truck just outside the window causing very loud banging (can also feel vibration) and echoing for over an hour starting at around 4:30-4:45 in the morning, other nights there were loud sounds from same place next door where it sounded like they were banging on walls or moving large furniture between 5-7 am, couch was heavily stained and looked filthy, toilet required 3 flushes for toilet paper to go down, key check-in/drop off is very inconvenient, curtains don’t close and so much light go into the apartment even with shades down that it’s never dark going to bed
