Great location, walking distance to the beach. Patio with pool is gorgeous. House is little outdated but very clean and has good sized rooms. Amenities were incredible, I have never stayed at a rental that would have all the kitchen utilities available.

Such a beautiful and comfy place. Next to beaches and more!!! Book it !! You won't be disappointed.

Great location, enjoyed the pool. The air-conditioning in the bedroom needs to be upgrade too noisy.

The house is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, ice cream, shops. We especially enjoyed the backyard with the big pool and tiki hut where we ate lunch and supper many times. We shared the backyard with the neighbours who were very kind. Overall we loved it!

I felt like everything was as listed and shown in the pictures but even better. Very roomy (4 adults, 2 teens) so no one felt crowded. We were at the pool out back every day, so relaxing. The beach really is only 2 min away and very sandy versus having tons of shells to walk on/over. Very close to restaurants and stores for supplies (we did 2 or 3 Dollar Tree runs. Lol). Had a nice time and was quite relaxing.

Originally rented for only one week, extended to two weeks and everything went smooth.

This is a nice family friendly place to stay! The retired couple next door were friendly and easy to share the pool with. The house had everything you need to keep house and the home was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being close to shops and the beach! Would stay here again.

The property aside, We feel that the property manager was not always forthcoming with certain information. (A week prior to moving in, I observed men on the roof after a heavy rain. I called her and asked if there was any damage She said that the occupants must have called the owner and she was not aware. I subsequently spoke to the present occupants who told me that they in fact had contacted her about a leak in the roof over the kitchen ceiling. )She has also claimed $548 worth of damages to 2 bed sheets that were at best thread bare. Beware when dealing with this property manager! The property itself is a bit dated but has a well equipped kitchen and a nice living room/dining room area and a very nice out door area.

The home was very clean and the location could not be beat! The view from the back deck was beautiful. Some suggestions to the homeowners: - the pool area is nice and kept tidy, however the pool itself needs to be resurfaced - the house needs some maintenance; the ceiling/roof needs to be fixed. There is visible water damage Thank you for hosting us during a difficult time.

We were very comfortable in this well-equipped home. Overhead lighting was a little challenging, but we were mostly attracted to the outdoor areas anyway. Lots of beach equipment provided.

While this property is not fancy but clean and perfect. The price is not fancy either and allowed us the extra money to eat out and do things! It was perfect. Simple, lots of kitchen supplies, good space, loved the pool, grill and outdoor dining. Was just a great week of relaxing. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go! Sabrina even provided a nice little wagon to pull to the beach. Great communcation with Sabrina. Would go back without question.

Communication was timely using the VRBO app. This apartment is very well equipped. It has beach chairs, plenty of towels and linens, pots and pans, and even has a wagon to tote beach items. Overall, the property met our needs, but needs a little updating. If you are used to luxury, this property may fall a little short. The bed linens were nice, but just a warning to anyone with fibromyalgia or back problems; the mattress in the master bedroom is hard. However, I noticed what appeared to be a mattress pad in the master bedroom closet. The property owners have really put a lot of thought into equipping this property for their guests. On close to our last day, we did gain a neighbor next door that would come outside and speak when we would go out to do laundry. If the possibility of having someone that close is a problem, you may want to book something else. And let me be clear, she was not a bother to us. The pool and dock were nice. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. Plenty of seating, and plenty of iguanas. Big ones and very little ones. They may have been the highlight of our trip, tbh. We even got the pleasure of catching one that had ran into the house. We did some fishing off the dock and caught a couple of small fish. To sum it all up, the property owners know what they’re doing, but at some point In time, they should renovate that unit. We enjoyed our stay, and are very grateful.

The roof was visibly not well maintained, the house is definitely in need of a paint job and the lawn and landscaping were way passed the need to be cut. It is probably one of the lesser maintained homes on the street. Once inside the property, it looked much like the photos on VRBO however there were countless things that needed to be attended to. The walls, doors and baseboards look as if they had never been cleaned. Many lightbulbs were burned out. The tiles in the second bathroom had water seeping up through them as they were walked on and the metal shower drain in that bathroom was bent up. Definitely a hazard, especially for children. The kitchen was in good shape though and there were plenty items available for meal making. There was a beautiful view from the back patio but upon arrival the pool was full of leaves, seeds, etc. A maintenance man did arrive later that evening to clean up the pool and the following day to tend to the lawn. However the damage in our minds had been done as first impressions are everything. The location of the property is perfect for getting to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea by foot and the surrounding areas by car. Sabrina was easy to contact by text and was good to work with prior to arrival. All in all we liked the area for our family vacation but the home was way below the quality we had hoped for.

However, the property is in desperate need of cosmetic work with plenty of broken floor tiles, doors to bedroom and bathroom that did not always work and 2 in wall air conditioning units in the living room and master bedroom that were very loud, sometimes hard to sleep or have a conversation. All in all, a great place to stay at and the property manager is very responsive!
