We had 13 of us ranging from 4-62. We had the best time together. We could not have done this in a hotel.

This was our second time at this property and everything was wonderful. With 6 adults and 4 teens, it isn’t easy to find a place that fits our needs at a reasonable price. This condo has plenty of room and is located right near the center of town. Those who ski had plenty of mountains to choose from. Those who don’t ski still had plenty to do in the area to keep us occupied. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans, which is helpful since we tend to eat in more than out. Check in and check out were very easy and communication from the hosts was terrific. We highly recommend this property and its hosts.

While the pictures are great, actually being there is SO much better. We were there for our daughters birthday so we had 2 teens with us and they were content to stay at the property because there was so much to do there. They couldn't wait to get home and have a basketball tournament in the lower level with the family. Teens actually wanted us to spend time with them, I'm telling you it's magical lol. For all of the togetherness we had we also had our own space which was nice to be able to unwind. The pool was great my only regret is we didn't spend more time at it - the lock at the pool is tricky but we managed. I'd definitely return to this property.

Our family (5 adults and 7 kids) stayed at Colleens North Conway condo. Colleen was amazing, she sent us multiple links for events in the North Conway area to bring our kids to. The condo had a great layout for our group and the kids loved the game room downstairs. The condo pool was great, super quiet and the kids loved being able to walk to the pool. We would definitely return because we loved the condo and had a great time.

Family vacation 2022
We enjoyed our stay. There was space for everyone without running into each other. We like the set up for the 3 family. The teens like the loft and their parents had the bedroom below the loft. My other son, wife and 4 year old had the game room bedroom. Grandpa and I had the main floor bedroom. Each family had their own space for some down time.

Amazing Rental and Location!
Our family of 5 and both sets of parents had a wonderful stay at our rental in North Conway. It had everything we needed and is in a superb location. We all loved the games and enjoying the peace and quiet sitting on the back deck. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to returning!

We used this well equipped townhouse for our NH vacation. It was clean, well equipped and perfectly located. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay there agin!

Vacation Week
We all had a wonderful stay at Colleen and Lee’s condo. We had 6 adults and 5 teenagers staying for the week. There was plenty of room to spread out and it was great to be so close to the downtown area. The condo had a very well stocked kitchen, the game area was lots of fun, and there were plenty of blankets and towels for our large group. Colleen was very quick to respond when we had questions . I’d highly recommend this condo.

The property was great. It is a great location and had plenty of beds. We took our kids and a couple of their friends. The downstairs was a perfect teen hang out. Our tweens loved the loft. Real clean and would definitely rent again

Great place to stay
Great location in quiet area. Perfect for families with kids. Communication with owner was awesome and all questions were answered in a timely manner. Check in and out, along with all details easy to access and refer back to. Highly recommend!
