Love the gulf front condo with balcony. Love the split bedrooms for own privacy, Quiet Area, beach chairs included with stay.

Good pace to stay. Short walk to the beach. Check in was easy. We had an issue with our number to get in and they were quick to answer and fix the problem. Could have been a bit cleaner but im a professional cleaner and picky. We had a great time!

Only down sides for us- beach service was not really helpful when they put you right on top of other people. We used it the first day and after being surrounded by smoking and rowdy kids decided to forgo the chairs and set up our own tent down the beach some. There is barely room to walk between umbrellas and when they are up. It’s also first come first serve so don’t think you will have a spot if you don’t get out there and reserve one.
Also would be nice to have some beach things. Chairs, toys, towels. Just a recommendation from other condos we stayed at. Was a very nice plus to them. I guess we got spoiled.

Easy check in and out. Condo was well supplied and clean. One loose faucet but was fixed timely. Beds were comfortable. Elevators were fast.

I’ve always loved our trips to the beach unfortunately the stay at this unit was not the best. The refrigerator leaked water the whole stay. It seemed like possibly from the hookup at the back of it but we could not tell. We spent most our time washing towel to absorb all the water so we didn’t fall on the floor. The front door had issues staying latched so we had to use the laundry door as a wedge to keep it from opening by itself. The bathroom water faucet dropped water nonstop and lastly the beds were very uncomfortable!! All these things were reported to Vacasa and I never heard anything back from the staff.
The best things about the unit was the view (why I gave 2 stars). Normally we are all sad to leave Florida but after our stay here we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The view was beautiful!! ❤️ the people there was so friendly and helpful! It was our first trip to Fort Walton we will be going back! And will stay there again!!

This was the second time at this unit this year! Love the view from the room. Close to everything and perfect for those beach days! The staff is wonderful and helpful. I will be back as soon as I can.

Pretty well stocked, but bring a cookie sheet and coffee filters if you need them. Everything else including small sizes of soap, dish soap and dishwasher pods were there for you.
This unit was right above the pool which could be a positive or a negative, depending on your tastes. Also very clean!

This place was amazing! Our stay was very good and we apprecIated how much this place felt like home. Upon calling the Vacasa team they called daily to check on our stay which felt good.
The fridge and dish washer were leaking on and off. Like others have commented, The mattress on the bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. At the very least get a mattress topper, there is a noticeable dip in the center of the bed. We ended up sleeping on the sofas the last night of our stay to preserve our backs. The sofas are very comfortable.

Nice stay
Location was great! Perfect view of the ocean. Patio door was a bit hard to open and master bed could be more comfortable but the stay was awesome would stay there again

Good location and beach. Unit is 4 floors directly above the pool, so it’s a bit loud on the patio during the day w screaming kids below. Also, no beach towels which was a bit surprising and inconvenient. Umbrella service was great and handy.

This was our families first vacation in 5 years, and this property did not disappoint.
The views were amazing and the home itself was amazing. You couldn’t beat the view and the beach was right out the back door.
The only downfall was that there were dust bunnies everywhere high and low (previous reviews stated this as well), old toys that were left behind under furniture by previous guests ( my children unfortunately found those) and a broken towel rack (not that big of a deal). Also the master bedroom mattress topper had a blood stain on it.
I would recommend having a new mattress put into the master bedroom.
All in all though this place was wonderful.

The tv/remote situation needs fixed as the remote doesn’t always register with the tv and Netflix constantly crashes. The balcony was missing a table and then on the afternoon of day 2, the table magically appeared which I found strange as it’s not a hotel and I’ve never had management or maintenance come into my condo unannounced. They apologized and stated maintenance got their days mixed up. Overall it was okay. I would have preferred a good nights sleep instead of waking up constantly Bc of the hardness of the bed.

This was a nice vacation rental. Very spacious & nice location on the beach. Easily accessible. Bed was a little uncomfy, but overall would highly recommend.

Pros....beautiful view, nicely decorated, plenty of room for up to 4 adults.CONS...very dusty fan directly above master bed which in prior guest review was mentioned and clearly never addressed. Dishes in cabinets were not completely clean. There are ZERO pantry items. The only things provided were 1 roll paper towels and 1 sponge. No garbage bags, dish soap, salt pepper, sugar, no coffee filters and I could go on....also, no hair dryer. I'm sure they will use covid as excuse for this but why is an iron ok but a hair dryer not? We have stayed at many vacation rentals and have never given a bad review but the lack of these items was disappointing.
