Lack of parking

The location is excellent if you are attending an event downtown. The staff you speak to on the phone or by text are polite and seem to want to help. The unit is very spacious. Check in instructions were clear.

The air conditioning in the unit did not work. We called and they said they would fix it, but nothing changed. It was very hot and stuffy which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. The toilets did not work well. One was plugged and one would not flush unless you opened the tank to fiddle with the arm. The carpet was worn off in a section revealing staples you stepped on going to bathroom. there were hairs in the bathroom.

Check-in complicato, l’appartamento sembra ricavato da una sala conferenze. Non ci sono finestre ne in camera e nemmeno in bagno e l’unica che c’e da su un cortile con un impianto mostruoso di climatizzatori che serve tutto il palazzo . Non riesco a definirlo un appartamento è diviso male e anche molto buio. L’unica cosa positiva sono i letti molto comodi e la pulizia . Per il resto non ci tornerei più . Non riesco a capire come riescono a trasformare qualsiasi cosa in un b&b

Illumination on the hallway could be improved

I liked the location, there are plenty of towels and face clothes. The water pressure in the shower is good and drainage is good as well.

The unit location was hard to find, we were provided an address for the entrance of the building but the entrance ended up being on the side street. It took us a while to locate it. The booking process was a bit complicated, I booked through booking.com and all the security and guest information had to be provided through the main rental property's website, it made me unsure of the check in experience. I couldn't find the address of the property anywhere after I paid in full so I had to call them to get the address, and they said that they would release the address location would be sent to me 48 hours before my check in. A bit more than 24 hours before my check in, I still didnt receive any address, I had to call them to get the address. The location was good, the unit itself is an L shaped unit with two closed bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The bedroom don't have windows leading to outside, which made the rooms a little stuffy, one of the bedrooms is located near the main elevator, so its noisy at night. The entire unit is large and has two big windows that look out onto walls and a ventilation system below. It was a good unit for the conference we were going to but it wasn't a unit a would rent again, neither of us slept well, and the unit is very grey, it's not the kind of place that you want to sit and relax in. The kitchen could use a few more cleaning sponges and drying towels. We had to rewash many of our dishes as they didnt feel clean. There is mention that the unit has access to a gym bit there's no indication of where the gym is in the building.

Was a really big apartment with lots of room. Nicely furnished and the beds were really comfortable. Had access to a gym and you are located in the heart of the city.

I did not like that it was dusty.

Really nice place. The safety the building provides is top notch.
