OUTSTANDNG.Cabin was VERY CLEAN. Porch around 3 sides of the cabin with breath taking views. Plenty of storage space, extra blankets, pillows and hair dryer. Great TV and a lot of choices for entertainment. Complex has 9 hole minature golf course included for free. This cabin is part of a complex, near other cabins and was quiet. We would stay here again and would recommend this cabin to our friends.

Very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to be completely comfortable. Host communicated with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would book again!

Our party of two adult couples stayed here when we traveled to town for the Texas A&M at Tennessee football game. The drive to Knoxville was narrow and winding, but beautiful in the fall. The cabin was comfortable and clean and served us well for our trip. The internet was a bit spotty and slow. No other issues.

Great location and views. Close to town but just far enough for some separation to enjoy the views and quiet while a short ride and your in town. Very clean, great property and community. Owner was very thorough with communication.

We just stayed a week at this property. I don’t even know where to begin. The location is central to everything you want to do, it’s in a community but you felt so private. We went to Dollywood splash country ( ended up getting rained out so we got a rain check/ make sure you grab your voucher before you leave the park) and we went back there, Dollywood theme park and hiked the mountains. If Dollywood is busy the fast passes are worth the extra money. There is a whole strip or 2 full of arcades, mini golf, race tracks, pretty much anything for a kid to do. Sunliner diner is a must along with Johnny Carino’s. We usually vacation in Florida but we will definitely be coming back to PF next year. We had one little hiccup with the hot tub and Brian responded within minutes and because it was late on Sunday night had it fixed the next day while we were gone. Came back to a working hot tub. Honestly we could have stayed an extra week! This was by far one of the best family vacations we have taken.

Loved the views! We had a storm come through and lost power for a short time but thanks to the pool table in the rec area we had a blast! Hot tub and porch swing were a great addition to the gorgeous views!

We had a group of 8 stay at the property (adults and kids). The cabin was great - everything was clean and well organized. The beds were super comfortable and the view from the porch was fantastic. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave very clear directions. Highly recommend a stay here!!

We spent alot of time in the game room and on the porch. The swing was a big hit and everyone's favorite spot. The mountain view was spectacular!! Would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was clean and had a beautiful view! We were worried that it would feel noisy due to being in a cabin community but this particular cabin is located up higher in the community with unobstructed views. Community pool option was also nice.

Close to all the activities of PF but a feeling of far away in the mountains. Beautiful view, beautifully maintained property. Brian was quick to reply and try to accommodate our needs. Would highly recommend a stay here. Loved the hot tub too!

Immaculate, cozy and just perfect.

The use of the tv was are only problem we encountered. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We were not able to sign into to use the tv until we put our own information for prime video and Netflix. Luckily we had brought our own Roku. I would recommend that you mention to guest to be prepared prior to trip.

We were very impressed with the cabin overall. When we weren’t sightseeing in the area, we were enjoying the extremely relaxing hot tub. My kids highly enjoyed the arcade games and I even had a chance to teach my son some pool. The cabin was very centrally located to many of the attractions we visited. Overall, the cabin, as well as the entire property, very extremely nice and incredibly clean. (We have stayed in places that the best part were the pictures unfortunately) We would definitely visit again. You may save a little money at a hotel, however, you won’t have a kitchen for breakfast, or an inviting hot tub to relax in after a long day of hiking. Thumbs up all the way and we definitely enjoyed the stay.

This place is amazing! Beautiful! Brian was a GREAT host - very responsive…and very nice. The location is gorgeous and the cabin is decorated so nicely and provides everything you need. The game room is super cool and the hot tub is in an incredible spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. I greatly appreciated that the kitchen had everything you need to make your own meals and be able to do dishes in between. And it was so nice that the host provided more than a single trash bag and 1 dishwasher tab. We will definitely stay here again when we come back this way…highly recommend Butterfly Ridge. Excellent experience

This is an absolutely stunning property! The place was so clean and the views were absolutely amazing. I booked this for my finances Birthday and we all just enjoyed grilling outside and enjoying the views. We only stood for the weekend but made sure to enjoy every part this cabin had to offer. We loved that everything was also so close nearly.
