Location
Too noisy. No breakfast available except glazed donut and cold cereal. Breakfast set up in a vacant room. Too crowded to even get in room. Kids running up and down outside room and upstairs room.

Location breakfast was good.....updated bathroom ....kids said pool water was warm., view was good
floor in dining was sticky, not a lot of room, would get crowded and lines............people would smoke right outside our door and the smoke smell would be in our room...the smell of smoke was terrible....didn't like the carpet, but the carpet was clean, but was old

The location and employee.
We couldn’t really enjoy the jucuzzi because it barely blowed out the holes. The glass on the fireplace was very cloudy and couldn’t really see the fire well.

We were there for a the car show & it was accessible to where we wanted to go
No housekeeping, I understand it's a standard measure of practice due to covid but other hotels have lifted those restrictions. At the very least they could knock on your door & ask if you need towels or your trash emptied

I did not like that there was no daily housekeeping to change the sheets and provide cleans towels. A room is paid for and is expensive and to come back to a room that has been cleaned would’ve made the stay a little better. The beds were awful. The room had a strange odor, musky.

Only reason I booked this hotel was pool for my daughter. The pool was very outdated. The whole pool area could be cleaner and updated.
