I brought 5 boys (17 and 18 years) to experience Fayetteville....3 of the 5 boys have accepted admission to the university. There is wonderful outdoor space for throwing a football or any sports activity. They loved the TV room with the big stone fireplace, and especially loved the game room. They immediately started playing pool the minute we got to the house. It was the perfect house for my guys.
The house was super clean. There is only one shower, so if you have 6 people start early! We had 6 but never ran out of hot water.
Would recommend, especially if you have teenagers.

The property suited our needs for a short stay to watch the Razorback basketball and football games. Four of us, 3 adult males and one female 15 year old, all family related. 3-bedroom house so one had to sleep on couch. Only issue we had was the need to go out to buy coffee for coffee pot. Otherwise the home was clean and suited our needs. Nice private area. Very large yard.

House is great lots of room. Loved sitting in the game room garage which does have A/C. I guess I missed it somehow but didn’t realize there is only one shower. We only had five people so not a huge issue, bust just be aware of that. Also the hedges could use a trim by the road hard to see over them when pulling out of the left side of the driveway.
Communication wasn’t great at times with the owner, stated she was traveling but it took a full day to get an answer on a question.
She did allow us to get in an hour early though,
We had ask since were in town earlier if we could get in but never heard back from them. Overall great stay good location very quiet except for a few loud passing vehicles on the road.

We had an amazing family weekend at Helene House. Although on the outskirts of town it was an easy drive to Razorback Stadium and all of the activities for family weekend. House was comfy and cozy and gave plenty of room to spread out.

Such a sweet house, very comfortable and homey. The kids enjoyed the pool table and games. I loved that it felt like a vintage time capsule ❤️

We’ve been to the same property twice now for a spring break golfing and hiking trip. This house is perfect for the four of us. Really liked the pool table and poker table option in the garage. Heater worked great.

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful with lovely touches from the past - trim and furniture was so on point. It felt so good to just walk through the home and soak up the atmosphere!

We had a delightful stay at Helene’s House. This is a very clean, well-organized and peaceful place. Great for families! We will definitely look for openings to stay here when we come see our son again at The University of Arkansas.

Spring break getaway with my boys
We traveled down from Iowa to explore the parks and do a lot of disc golfing. Everything worked out great with the house and the location. Nice back yard for throwing the discs around. We also enjoyed some fires and grilling out.

If you are visiting Fayetteville this is a great location. It feels rural, has great Trees, lots of birds, and awesome facilities. The garage has a bonus bunch of games, TV, and pool table. Nice BBQ and small deck out back.

This is a great property for motorcycle riders. We had six adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had four motorcycles and there was still room in the garage to hang out. The location is perfect, secluded , yet right on the pig trail. I would highly recommend this property and the hosts.

Last minute
We thought it was a great older house. Location was right for us, out of the way but close to everything. I had one question and the owner was prompt with response. Probably the only thing I'd suggest to owner would be to adjust the br doors to where they don't catch. Overall good stay though.

My daughter got married in Fayetteville so we needed somewhere to have our family to gather and eat instead trying to find dining for all of us. Lots of room for kids to run around and easy for the family to leave to get back to their hotels.
