We were absolutely blown away by the accommodations! The decor was spectacular, the virtual assistant amazing, everything we needed was available. The unit was very clean. The guest closet is such a smart idea! The only thing that irked me was the toilet in the master bathroom. Everything in the unit was put together with a lot of care but the toilet in the master bathroom is an oval toilet and the seat was a round one. It didn’t look good and wasn’t too comfy to sit on! But your property is definitely a 5 star!!!! Thank you for a wonderful place!

This was an amazing location for us to check out New Orleans. It was conveniently located between the French Quarter and heart of the Central Business District (CBD). There were also several trolly stops within a few minutes of the apt. We were on a quiet street and away from the chaos of busier sections. The virtual concierge was convenient and helpful. Everything about our stay was perfect. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Stay here! You will love it! They covered all your needs! The beds were cozy, the rooms quite (during Mardi Gras) and the location was perfect! You’ll be happy you stayed in this spacious apartment!

Great stay, clean, quiet, and close walking distance to Bourbon Street and everything downtown.
The drawback to the building is the parking situation, which is a 2 block walk to a private parking garage that cost $30/day.

Easy access location to the French Quarter. Check in details for entering building were clear and easy. The building was nicely kept. I know some of the new keypad locks are daunting but this one was so easy and user friendly. Upon entering, yes you can smell the cleanliness of the place. The surprise was seeing one king and one queen (or slightly bigger than a queen bed but not a true king). The beds are slightly lower to the ground than what we’re used to but they were so comfortable. The place was nicely decorated. The on site display check in tablet was a shock and easy to use. Just like a large iPad. The booking suited our needs. The location is close to Canal Street and within walking distance to the French Quarter, take the street cars to the French Market (but easily walkable). Would definitely stay here again!!!

We were very impressed with the building and the unit - perfect distance for walking the quarter or picking up streetcars. Only issue would be that some carpet would be helpful for absorbing sound - impossible to be truly quiet while others are sleeping (but I took a drink down to the courtyard).

Parking is a walking distance. We don’t understand why In the parking lot behind the building there are parking spaces designated for “Sextant Guest Only” and yet we’re not allowed to used them but next time we come back to New Orleans we might just stay in the hotel with a parking.

Someone complained about us being loud after hours on Saturday night…we were on the bed sleeping before 10pm
My phone rang at 330am to tell me that someone had reported us, I informed them that it was not us
