Clean and comfortable place in a good location. I was there to see a concert so it was great for my purpose. There are great breakfast places in the area also.

The room was very clean. The staff was very kind and helped us find needed toiletries during an emergency woman moment. Overall I would love to stay here again.

The breaker box kept going off for the dishwasher so I couldn't be lazy and use it. But the staff helped get that fix so that's the only concern. Also the shower head should ve a central head with a wand add on. The wand only option left me feeling like I had to be strategic with my shower.

I loved this location. I loved everything about my stay, easy access to get in the building in the room also it was security on site. Anytime I travel I’ll always stay a sonders.

The room was extremely cold even with the heat on high! Had to sleep in a layered amount of clothes and a sock hat…

Ligging

Was koud. Erg koud in de kamer konden het niet warmer krijgen dan 17 graden. Verder was er veel kapot. Lattenbodem bed. Keuken kastjes.

Sehr zentral in Downtown Detroit gelegen. Restaurants und kleinere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man super einfach mit dem seit Januar 2024 kostenlosen Zug (People Mover) fahren. Zimmer sind sehr schön und wer eher im Apartment wohnen will, ist hier gut aufgehoben. In der Küche ist alles man für ein paar Tage benötigt.

The accommodation was very nice would stay again if the noise was toned down ( see what didn’t you like below )

There was a hammering like noise almost constantly, not sure what it came from but so annoying especially while trying to sleep . It almost seemed like a person doing repair but soon realized it was not gonna stop all night long !!!! Big huge draw back

Couch bed lousy. Only 1 pillow. Did not sleep 4 comfortably.

The place was PERFECT, way better priced then and hotel room around, l ike 1/2 the price, the location was great, everything .5 miles or less away pretty much... everything you need, Parking easy peezie😊

I clean houses for a living, so just a reminder the ceiling fans and vents, low and high could use a little attention... Loved it and have been bragging to our friends about it!!! THANK YOU! and Happy Holidays!!!

I loved Everything…spacious, beautiful room with awesome arched windows…the finest employees, so helpful, always sincere with radiating smiles and when I say helpful…every thing I asked, there they were ready, with pertinent info, skills and smiles. Location was nice, walk or ride bus or Q line…beautiful surroundings with art deco and historic buildings…and not too far from culture centers. Jay, Courtney and Jazmine are a great asset to Sonder! Beyond courteous, so helpful and great, sincere smiles!

All was wonderful! Absolutely everything! I would recommend Sonder to all, as a matter of fact, I already have! Thank you!

What surprised me is the laundry machines in the closet, great!

There were people smoking "things" on the street that were not pleasant to see, it was a little uncomfortable.

The Sonder was in a good location. I liked they had an essentials closet to get items needed while you stayed at the property. The staff also was very helpful during my stay at the property.

I didn’t like that my room wasn’t the one pictured, the bed was hard and was hard to view the television while in bed because of location. There were dirty dishes in my room also. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up and the hand towel rack on the wall wasn’t screwed in properly.

Very nice amenities, good kitchen. Nice room size.

The location was perfect for the event that we attended

The location is center of the Downtown Detroit. The room is nice, simple especially clean. You will able to do everything with your room, the kitchenette is complete.

What i didnt like is that i hear the noises from the outside, the elevator, people walking by the hallway and opening of the other room’s door.

The location it was great I was able to walk where I needed to go and also the people movers gave me a tour through downtown Detroit. And the area was safe.

The pull out bed was kind of dirty!

Posizione a 100 metri dal centro. Appartamento ben arredato, con tutti i confort: lavatrice/asciugatrice , forno, microonde, bollitore caffè, frigo, piano cottura,utensili da cucina. Tutto. Non mancava niente. Eccezionale. Letto molto comodo. Bagno con doccia molto grande, con tutto: bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo. Aria condizionata e ventilatore a soffitto. Asse e ferro da stiro. Sicuramente ho dimenticato qualcosa. Sistema con codice per aprire sia la porta d’ingresso che quella dell’appartamento, comunicati tramite booking e con l’applicazione.

My room was nice-full kitchen was appreciated and having a laundry was a bonus

I couldn’t reach the fan cord to change the speed - I’m short and had an injury so that was a bummer. Also one elevator was inoperable the entire time which was annoying.

Marvelous! A beautiful, large, and light-filled room, artfully decorated, with top end appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher included). Every convenience and detail to simplify a nomad existence was there--clean and well ordered. There was a good response to a problem with the washing machine, and I particularly appreciated the manager extending my checkout time gratis to get my laundry done. The location was good if you plan on using public transport (for whatever that is worth) :). It is in the center of downtown and perfect for a walkabout of all Detroit's Art Deco buildings.

The password and doorlock process took a little getting used to. There really should be a 24 hour desk clerk who can guide through some of the administrative issues rather than having to communicate with a bot or read through a lot of detail on my phone.

Amazing apartment, has everything you need, very close to the downtown, bus, and DPM stops are nearby. Spotlessly clean, there was complimentary coffee and tea, washing machine and a dryer. Very spacious considering it's a hotel

Would love to have some hooks in the bathroom for clothes

We asked for an early check in and it was totally denied, when we asked to use a restroom while we waited there was none, the front door man suggested we walked to another hotel to use theirs. For the price the least they could have offered was an hour early check in! Nothing and totally unapologetic.
