La profesionalidad y simpatía del personal de recepción.
Nos dieron una habitación que daba a la calle atocha que era muy ruidosa. Solicitamos el cambio de habitación para mejorar. Todo se hizo rápido y bien.

Очень понравилось расположение - рядом ж/д вокзал, очень красивый огромный городской парка, два знаменитых художественных музея с картинами Кандинского, Дали, Пикассо. Так же рядом побывали на художественной выставке в Caixa Forum - тоже рекомендую. Напротив красивый ботанический сад. Рядом остановка туристического автобуса, Мак Дональдс. Отличная звукоизоляция номера, не слышно шум дороги! Недалеко в округе так же есть хорошие интересные рестораны в красивых подвалах, в том числе с отметкой Michelin

Great breakfast, helpful staff and a nice size room. The staff went that bit beyond as I'd forgotten my plug adaptor and they found me one.

Lage ist sehr gut bzgl. Bus, Taxi und Bahn sowie zu Fuß, um die Stadt zu erkunden
Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Auswahl sehr groß
Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber hatte einen Balkon
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
die zehnspurige Straße Pasei del Prado ist relativ laut; wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, dann hört man nichts davon

アトーチャ駅を起点にするなら割と近いので良いと思います。
プラド美術館、ソフィア王妃芸術センター等美術館も徒歩ですぐ行けます。
一階のレストランは、伝統料理ではないですが、かなり美味しかったです。
値段の割に設備、アメニティがもうひとつ。
歯ブラシやポットが欲しかったです。
テラス付きの部屋でしたが、バスルームは狭く、部屋自体広くないので連泊は希望しません。

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, very quiet air conditioning, good location.
It can become a bit noisy if the room is facing paseo del prado. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear other guests snoring, arguing or even watching tv. Maybe upgrading to a premium room might have solved this.

I’ve been coming here for many years to the same location as my entry/exit into and from Europe.
I was woken up every morning at 8am with the room above undergoing construction and with Jack hammers and saws. I called 4 times to the desk with no resolution as it continued for 5 hours. I missed many days do no sleep and forcing myself to sleep until 4pm. It was unacceptable.

Perfect location particularly for the art museums including the Prado. Excellent 'green' view over the Botanic Garden. Splendid breakfast spread. Very friendly and helpful staff.

View of the lovely Retiro Park, convenient for Atocha station , bars and restaurants. Our own terrace was lovely. The breakfast was astounding, give the staff a little pot of things you would like in an omelette and they bring it to you…lovely touch. Choice was phenomenal and staff quickly refilled diminished things. Great breakfast room.
Terrace would have loved a clean and paint. Curtains were tired, but this didn’t affect our stay.

It is extremely well located for onward train travel (or day trips by train), and for visits to the Prado and Thyssen galleries. Plaza Major and nearby sights are within easy walking distance. The hotel is also close to a useful metro stop.
The staff are excellent - welcoming, efficient and well informed. The breakfast staff deserve a special mention for their prompt service and breakfast itself was very good indeed.
We have no major dislikes, only trivial criticisms such as the blocked drain in the wash-hand basin and the absence of an overhead light in our rather shady room.

Location. Reception and bar area are amazing. Staff at reception are exceptional. The bathroom is great, ample and well thought. The robe and sleepers are a great extra. Having a Nespresso machine and water boiler for tea and coffee is a great thing too.
Rooms are basic for a 4 star. Extremely noisy room. Above Paseo de Prado, high traffic area, the windows do not isolate you from the noise outside. You hear the people in the room above you and the adjacent room and everything the cleaning service does in the corridors.

Never paid so much for a room, and had a room at the back who was for disabled people, with no view at all.

Only stayed one night but room was spacious with a large bathroom, very quiet and clean. We had a nice view of the park and being on a higher floor it was nice and quiet. Short 5 minute walk to Atoche train station. Thought for the location it was good value and would definitely recommend.
Wish we’d stayed longer!
