During our two-night stay, we faced issues with our rooms, necessitating two room changes within one night! The initial room had an unpleasant odor, likely stemming from drainage, emanating through the AC ducts. And the second room's AC was non-operational. Also, except for one of the staff members who showed some empathy, the other staff were either interns who weren't in a position to take a call. The attitude of the manager in charge, right from check-in was nonchalant and impertinent, to put it mildly.

Location is great! You’re a short walk to the Atocha train station El Prado Museum and other highlights. The bar staff is awesome! Phillip remembered what we drank and had it ready without asking. Cesar was super hospitable always. He remembered our names and room number and was very informative about where to go and what to see. Jazmine at the front desk helped us greatly with restaurant reservations and transportation always with a smile. Camilla in the restaurant was a joy. She knew every detail of every dish and wine list. Ordering food with her was a breeze, timely and provided great service. These 4 employees are keepers and made our stay enjoyable!

The AC system is horrible. Regardless of what the temperature is, a guest should have the option of choosing their room temperature. I complained twice and was given the run around about energy conservation 🤨 For what I paid, I expect full temperature service at a Radisson. This was really disappointing. Cocktails should be available all day not just after 6 pm. Consider adding a rooftop bar or an outdoor area for smokers. Need better lighting in the room and hallways. Your cold breakfast is too expensive.

A recepciósok rugalmatlanok, ráadásul akkor kezdett ott egy új lány, aki azt sem tudta megoldani, hogy külön szeretnénk fizetni. Azt sem tudta a recepció, hogy e-mailben korábban miben állapodtunk meg, újra elölről kellett mindent elmagyarázni. Ez baj. A 3 recepciós pultból csak 1 működött, a többiek ránk sem néztek, pedig már nagy volt a sor. Időben foglaltunk, mégsem sikerült azt a kérést figyelembe venni, hogy egymáshoz közeli szobákat szeretnénk.

The design of the hotel is good. Unfortunately there are few staff to care with guests. Nice location Thanks to Gaston, it was good to see someone who knows how to handle customer expectation.

First of all hotel is big and crowded, unfortunately there is not enough amount of staff for at restaurant, reception and for house keeping. Reception staff was not capable to manage and their knowledge was not adequate. Check-in experience was total disappointment and it took more than 2 hours. Although I have sent 3 e-mail to confirm our room preference, they did not read and reply. Then during the check in, they gave us keys for occupied room. Thanks god, room was empty but luggages of other guests were there. They did same thing for few more people too. Then reception staff gave us a standard room, although we paid for superior room. When i request change, compensation or any other solution, They insisted and tried to convince us to stay in that room, although I especially imply that I want a solution. They made us wait for 1 hour in front of the desk. Thanks to operation manager Gaston, he explained the situation and compensate our extra pay for superior room, so we moved to standard room. Rooms are very dirty, they did not clean the room, they only fix bed, towels thats all. There was dust everywhere. Air-conditioner were not cooling. They did not change sheet even on the 3rd night. There were dirty on sheets. There are a lot of options for breakfast. But staff was not enough in terms of quantity. They cant even refresh buffet, clean table and prepare service tools such as mugs, plates, forks and knifes.

Hotel's location is perfect. It is close to every place you would like to visit. Museums, popular spots, train station, city park, all within walking distance. Even though it is in a central location, rooms are very quiet. Bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom, and in general the room, was spacious. And breakfasts are to die for.

Unlike bath towels, we are given one hand towel almost everyday. So I had to call the reception to ask for one more :)
