The house is vary spacious but it is located on a busy street. The back yard is huge so if you bring your dog it's fabulous! The only negative thing I have to say is that in one of the bedroom upstairs, the air conditioning unit is very noisy and the other didn't seem to cool the room. The one in the bigger bedroom was perfect. The games room was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this property that was so conveniently located to shops and restaurants in Kennebunk. The house was well appointed and comfortable. We were able to bring our dog, and the fenced in yard for him was so great. Just a short drive to beaches, Dock Square, and neighboring towns. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Would rent this house again as it had everything I needed. Loved the large fenced area for the dog. House was just the right size, & comfortable. I walked the neighborhood every day and felt very safe .

Going away with our beloved dogs is difficult. This house with the the fenced in big backyard, was a bonus! The outdoor fire pit was a great place to hang out. And the inside is simply furnished, so we didn't have to worry about dogs with a white couch situ. Everything was super comfortable. A 5 minute walk to the village was sweet too. Kennebunk is easy to get around in. We had a great time. Family, who recently moved to Kennebunk, were able to come and visit us at the house.
My only suggestion is to stock the kitchen more completely.

Rental process was easy & mgmt very responsive.
Location was very convenient; street is busy with traffic at times but noise was not a problem.

The property was in a perfect location central to all south coast attractions. The kids loved boarding at Old orchard beach and the sunrise at Mother’s beach was awesome daddy and daughter time. I look forward to our next trip back. Will definitely book again.

The perfect home away from home.
This house is fantastic. Located close to downtown and all the beaches and great restaurants. We brought our 2 dogs and the backyard was perfect. Kitchen had all the amenities — plus all the little things made a big difference. Highly recommend. Easy to deal with and they even checked on us! A++++

Pet friendly (large fenced in backyard) Convenient location. The cost was reasonable considering July in Kennebunk. Would I rent it again? Sure would.

House was nice and comfortable in that it had the twin beds for the kids and 2 bedrooms for the other 2 couples. Ping Pong table was fun and enjoyed the TV in the bedroom.

Managers were in touch and on top of everything. It's right on a main road so you hear gentle car traffic if that's an issue - we're New Yorkers so seemed quiet to us :-) Huge backyard which my dog couldn't get enough of - with a sweet firepit. Bring bug spray - but that's true of all Maine. Enjoyed our time for sure.

July 2021 - Kennebunk Stay
What a great house! We stayed for a week in July and had a great time. It’s in a central location so it was really easy to get where we wanted to go.
The beach pass was great to have so we could just park and go.
The house is really good size. Nice big kitchen and mud room. The ping pong table room was really fun if it was raining or a good time when getting back from the beach.
The big fenced backyard was great if you bring your dog. We had a few fires at night in the fire pit in the backyard.
Really great place and we enjoyed our stay.

If you have a pup, they will love lounging and playing safely in the fully fenced in yard and going for walks in this beautiful neighborhood. Take a quick stroll to the local coffee shop and bakery or jump in the car to go to the beach (beach pass included in your stay) and visit any of the great restaurants to get your lobster roll or fried clam fix.

This is a lively property which is everything they say it is. It is just wonderful for dogs. The blankets were so soft❤️. I would highly recommend it and I would stay here again.
