breakfast ok
better laid out room to small power point behind unit with the tea making machine blanked off only place to boil kettle was right next to bed no internet tv ect after 12am

breakfast was good, although the coffee did not taste like quality coffee.
bed was poor comfort and shower facilities were poor. also needed more toiletries and towels. also unable to book in until 4pm, which meant i felt cheated out of benefitting from the time i spent at the hotel.

Lumpy old mattress. Minimal bedclothes. Improper plug in sink No back on tv remote control. Noisy neighbours at 01:30

This hotel needs a updat it is very run down the rooms very poor
The rooms the food some of the staff r can not speak english the bar staff just play on There phones there was one woman who worked on reception she was very helpful just wish I could remember a name

The room was small and very dirty not fit to stay in i would not recommend this hotel to anyone else

The room furnishing was sparce. We only had one chair so had to sit on the bed. The bed was comfortable.
The food was good.
The decor could have been improved.
Finding our room was tricky with so many ups and downs!

I was on the ground floor by the door .
So did bother me .
But stayed last year in upper floor room .
Very nice .
But lift didn't work then !!!!!!

The fact the hotel put us in a room next to drug addicts. Noise and also a needle found outside their door.

The TV is old and doesn't work properly.
When switching on, it makes a hissing noise and very bad reception with white lines running across the screen.
I was only staying overnight and meeting up with friends in the evening, so I didn't need a TV, but it should be noted that there is a fault with the TV

The bedroom was far too hot which made sleeping difficult. All lifts out of action during my stay also.
