Property was ok. Had a modern flare. Front desk staff very pleasant.

Room had a few annoying details such as; body wash was empty, AC/heat was difficult to control temperature, no blow dryer, shower water temperature was hot on the cold setting which made for a very hot shower. Why do they install these toilets that are very low?

Rooms were clean and maintained.

Took me a while to figure out to turn on and off the nights. It wasn't until I found theaster switch that I got things to work

Great quiet location, Comfy beds, Coffee (Dutch Bros.) in front pf hotel parking lot. Lobby has lots of seating and cool areas. Staff was very pleasant. Good bedding and towels.

Tere needs to be more attention to detail paid to cleaning. AC unit had a layer of dust on top of it and we had a not perfectly cleaned shower. Towels and sheets were perfect though.

A Disappointing Stay at Aloft Hotel My recent experience at the Aloft Hotel was nothing short of disappointing. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of inconveniences that left us questioning the quality of their service. From the lack of hot water and essential amenities to an unaccommodating response to our flight delay, our time at the hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon checking into our first room, we immediately noticed the absence of hot water. Despite switching to another room, the issue persisted, leaving us with no option but to endure cold showers throughout our stay. The lack of hot water was a significant inconvenience, especially after a long day of travel and sightseeing. Moreover, we were dismayed to find that our room lacked basic necessities like soap and face towels. When we inquired about the missing amenities, the maid informed us that she was out of face towels, which was an unexpected and disappointing response from a reputed hotel chain like Aloft. As if these issues weren't enough, we faced a further challenge when requesting a late check-out due to a delayed flight. Instead of showing understanding and empathy towards our situation, the hotel staff seemed unresponsive and unaccommodating. It was disheartening to receive such an indifferent response after having endured multiple inconveniences during our stay. In conclusion, our experience at the Aloft Hotel was far from satisfactory. The lack of hot water, absence of basic amenities like soap and face towels, and an unhelpful attitude towards our request for a late check-out all contributed to a disappointing stay. As a traveler, I expect a certain level of service and comfort, which regrettably were not met during our time at this hotel. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and addresses them promptly to ensure a better experience
