Nice for a short stay

Pleasant stay in a lovely hotel.

Easy to get to. Great view of the river. Onsite parking but street parking available. Pleasant surrounding. Pool, spa gym and sauna.

The bed was comfortable.

On the first night we ate at the restaurant, there were 5 people eating in there we were the first ones in. Didn't get the mains until 2 hours after to which mine was burnt the crackling on the pork turned back into bone, I could only eat two bites of it. My husband's pizza was not cooked on the bottom. The shower head was covered in limescale, the coffee machine had not been clean from the previous 5 people staying in that room and on the last day we found a cockroach! Would not recommend going there at all! We ended up getting Uber eats delivered on the second night as we didn't want to eat at the restaurant

Amazing location, beautiful view of the Brisbane river. Very comfortable beds.

Loved the on-site restaurant.

The pool area was not kept clean. Felt like a wasted space with so much potential to enjoy a quiet spot/ coffee.

Getting woken up at 8am from a cleaner walking in our room to clean it. Especially after travelling 12hours and arriving late in the evening.

had a spa room and if you were 6 ft you'd see the view better and no free bike hire available which was a main reason I picked the VIEw

Decent bang for buck a stones throw from the city

Really nice and classic style hotel décor. The rooms are a great size. We got a lovely room that wasn't facing the water and were able to upgrade to a stunning room with a great view. Really happy. Also, Brisbane is a busy city that I find pretty intense and can get a little lost in, so staying just outside of it was nice and relaxed. Also, there was a nice pub (Breakfast creek hotel) that was just walking distance from the hotel, which was an added bonus.

honestly, I don't have much to complain about. One of the window's blinds wasn't fully working but it didn't affect out lovely stay.

Morning staff were great, afternoon/ evening staff full of attitude and prefer to be chatting amongst themselves rather than working.

Missing Value, Nothing that can't be fixed.

The pool facilities were tidy and spacious. It was good that they had a change room down at the pool. Receptionist was polite, both when checking in and out.

Breakfast staff on his mobile, Tiny room not worth the 400 a night. Decor a little off but ok. Room layout odd. Bar was nice and cosy but cocktails were made below standard.
