Our second stay at Proximity was great like the last one. We love the location at the end of the main drag with everything just a short walk away. The foreshore to the bay is cross the road where we watched the last supermoon for 2023 rise up over Moreton Island. The room was very nicely furnished, tidy and spotlessly clean. Our bedroom had block-out blinds on the window and the balcony door so we weren't woken up as the sun rose. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We make regular trips to the peninsular and we'll definitely look forward to staying here again having sampled a quite a few hotels in the area.

Security parking is very reassuring but some guests ignore the allocations (ours was occupied by someone during our stay). It's not as though there aren't enough car spaces, there's one assigned to every hotel apartment.

Excelente ubicacion, limpio y bien mantenido, perfectas instalaciones. El cafe que se encuentra fuera del departamento completa 100% la experiancia ya que es muy bueno. La internet tenia baja señal dentro del departamento lo cual seria el unico punto bajo que encontre, pero todo los demas EXCELENTE.

The best location, miss out on the busy traffic of the city with relaxed atmosphere. Perfect area for our family to gather.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful, if I had to criticise it would only be that the blinds weren’t block out but hey that view makes up for it.

The place is well looked after and very comfortable. Location is great with ocean views and easy walk to shops. RSL right across road for good dining. Building is quiet and secure.

Two blinds in unit had to be manually put up as chain was not working.

Perfect location. We had the 4 bedroom townhouse and we had our own 2 car lock up garage.
