The size and rooms were great.

The shower heads and water pressure were horrible. The person responding to questions (Mariana) said it was from the flooding but I find that hard to believe. There were areas that could have been cleaner. Cobwebs in lots of places. Also the person responding was not very responsive or timely. It would have been nice to know about the driveway being a nightmare to get out of. Overall it was a great cabin and a great stay.

The property was in a great secluded area. It was a lot of cabin for the money. The 3 floor was perfect for my family

The cabin was not very clean. Dirty dishes with food was in the oven, trash cans was running over outside. Blinds were broken. We stayed 3 nights with only one set of towels each. When I reached out to the person she never reached back out to me . That’s not good business

It was so peaceful. Never heard anything.

The location was nice the setup was beautiful as well as the location not to high up I loved the space as well with three levels and the hot tub

Well when we got there it was an awful mildew smell as if there had been a leak with water damage recently The cleaning crew didn’t exactly clean the back up fans were so awful looking we left them in the closet they had layers and layers of dust where they have probably been used and never cleaned There was broken glass by the hot tub looked like a wine glass that was never cleaned up from someone else’s stay which could have been bad if we had no shoes out there There was a roach in the main floor bathroom towards the sink we killed I’m not usually one to complain about spiders and beetles and such but a roach kind of discussed me Iv never seen those part of a clean house. The towel racks kept falling off and we didn’t bring tools to tighten screws which they shouldn’t have been that way anyways I don’t think. It was annoying having to keep picking them back up and making them stay. The blinds to the door was broken so we couldn’t close them on the main floor The blinds in the main floor bathroom was broken as well I had to use my inhaler several times as well as my daughter where the must and mildew smell was so strong it kept us tight and coughing. The HDMI cords were missing from the lower level room and the utility room door wouldn’t close down there and made it loud where my son couldn’t sleep where the door was open and it wouldn’t lock close The mildew smell was the worse down in the lower level The beds felt kind of moist like there was water leaking on them before we arrived and we threw them in the dryer Maybe have the cleaning crew actually do a deep clean and check for any water leaks. This was our first time in this area so I’m kind of sad I know things are never perfect but I was looking forward to this stay and it didn’t exactly meet our expectations. But was nice for a short time.

Location & loved seeing bears! 1 bear actually got in bed of daughters truck & stole a bottle of soda. Loved that

Plenty of room, comfortable and the location was perfect.

When we arrived the property was very dirty, trash on the ground, porches very dirty and the inside also needed cleaning. Made phone call and cleaning crew showed up and did a great job cleaning; however, this incident made us 4 hours late on getting settled in. The day before we left I received a reminder about 10:00am checkout. The reminder stated no late checkout could be accommodated (we did not request one) because a cleaning crew was scheduled early. Kind of a slap in the face and probably better received had it just had the reminder.
