Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 5 min per Fuß zum Strand und zum indischen Restaurant, wo es sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Die Ausstattung ist prima, von Putzutensilien bis zum kochen mit Gas, was sich als Vorteil bei einem Stromausfall erwies, war alles da. Der Dachpool mit der tollen Aussicht hat uns mega gefallen und wir haben ihn oft genutzt. Jeder Raum hat eine Klimaanlage. Manchmal kann man vom Balkon einige Rehe und Hirsche sehen, ebenso schöne Vögel und gegen Abend Fledermäuse. Wir haben uns dort rundherum wohl gefühlt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Vermieter der Unterkunft, der uns mit seinem Engagement geholfen hat, ein Taxi aufzutreiben, da die Straßen um das Gebäude aufgrund eines Zyklones von Wassermassen umgeben war. In unserem Urlaub konnten wir die Erfahrung von ganz freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen machen!

Für das Tor zum Gebäude gibt es eine Fernbedienung, das Tor schließt bei Öffnung dann automatisch innerhalb 1 Minute. Beim Auschecken sollten wir den Wohnungsschlüssel in einen Tresor stecken und die Ferndienung für das Tor auf dem Küchentisch liegen lassen. Da das Tor zu schnell schließt und wir im 2 Stock untergebracht waren, mussten wir Mitbewohner bitten, uns das Tor zu öffnen, um raus zu kommen. Das kann irgendwie nicht die Lösung sein, da fehlte mir ein Briefkasten, um die Ferndienung reinwerfen zu können.

Accueil chaleureux de Kentish, qui nous a fait le transfert depuis l'aéroport (et retour). Il a même pris le temps de faire un tour rapide de Flic en Flac pour nous montrer les restaurants, supermarchés, distributeurs... Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Placé à moins de 10min de la plage, restaurants à proximité. Piscine en rooftop avec jolie vue sur le parc animalier et les montagnes, très agréable.

Quartier calme (ce qui est appréciable), mais un peu sombre le soir car légèrement excentré du cœur de la ville.

Excellent unit. Loved the top floor viewing and for relaxing pool area. Unit was spacious and very comfortable. Perfect for self catering patrons. Loved my stay at 373 Wolmar. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family. 😘😘🥰

Just found road names were a problem for me. No clear street names and numbers displayed. So as a visitor, if I was lost, it would be difficult to find directions.

I like everything about this place. The staff and owner are very helpful. The rooms are new and clean. The beds are comfortable and soft. My favourite place in the pool and the rooftop, where I can read and enjoy the view.

it was basically a home away from home, could not fault the property even if you wanted to. The photos on the website do not do justice for the place it is much better. Only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets,perfect location.

The parking space is way too small and very tricky to get a car in between the bays.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The hospitality provided by Kentish was truly exceptional. He was very friendly and welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. One of the great things about this apartment was that we were able to hire a car from the owner, which made getting around very convenient. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area. Thank you again to Kentish for the wonderful hospitality!

My review is for the app. 201, 373 Wolmar, Flic en Flac. It is located on the second floor and faces the street. To the deer and piglets from the sanctuary can be enjoyed from the roof, which is shaped like a garden with a pool. The description in Booking corresponds to reality, and you will find modern, designer-style apartment consisting of two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms, furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. My favorite appliance is the Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is located near the beach in a nice and safe neighborhood. It is very convenient as a starting point for daily excursions. The owner Antish helped us a lot by finding us a rental car with very good conditions. The company is called Turquoise Samtours and I recommend it. She offers a lot of excursions and has an office near the apartment, just opposite the Jumbo supermarket. Also, Antish allowed us to leave the apartment 2 hours later without extra charge. Last but not least I want to thank Kentish and Varuna for their kindness and responsiveness. They take care of the apartment and welcome and see off the guests. Special thanks again to Kentish for the curry leaves he gave me even though someone had picked them for him. He didn't forget to bring me more on the way out. Kentish will forever remain in my heart.
