The room service staff was good. Everything else disappointed.

I booked an AC room, and reached the hotel after a hectic train bus and auto ride of 6hrs. The hotel was too far from town and even in a very remote place. After reaching the hotel, the reception girl said, AC rooms are not available but she can arrange one if I pay ₹1300 extra. I knew I was trapped and said, my stay is only for 5 hrs before catching my flight and i need a good sleep. She called her boss and said the last price will be 1100+ my booking price. I went to the hot non AC room to sleep then some maintenance people started drilling the premises. I couldn't get a minute's sleep and i decided to head to the airport. The bathroom looked tidy and it was all covered with matte covered on tiles and buckets. Real sad experience. NEVER CHOOSE THIS TRAP HOTEL.

We took 2 hours to find this place, Staff was so arrogant time was around 11.45 pm he is not ready to allow us as one person had soft copy of ID card, Later he sent us back and we were supposed to find another room

Rooms were clean and well maintained

Bathroom lights were flickering, towel rods were missing and no hot water was available
