We've just returned from our stay at Steve and Renee's wonderful condo. Everything was just as expected and listed which means PERFECT. Kitchen was well stocked with all equipment needed. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms/shower perfect. I highly recommend leaving all the details to Geralyn's very capable hands in planning your trip. She arranged our travel from the Airport to the Condo which went perfectly. He even stopped at the grocery for us so we could load up on fruits, vegs, etc. It took all the worry out of our minds and we got to enjoy the ride. We never missed a car. We did three tours arranged by Geralyn's and we are so glad we did. She has the perfect ones already lined up for you to pick from. We did the Vacation Buggy private tour, the private guide through the national parks who knew exactly where the sloths would be sleeping, and monkeys playing, and the Mangrove Boat Tour. Restaurants in the area are plentiful and a short walk. Trip Advisor has all the restaurants all listed accurately. Beware - there are several flights of steps to get into the Condo so if you are not able to climb steps this may be an issue. We did not mind the steps since it awarded us with a lovely view of the ocean.

The property feels spacious and is very clean. The table and sofas provide plenty of comfortable seating and the kitchen has all the equipment you could want. The bed is very comfortable and the shower room is beautifully done. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Buses to the beach and back run very regularly. Geralyn and her team do a great job organising transport and trips. Highly recommend.

We lived our stay here. Close to everything and great communication. The pool was a plus!

From beginning to end, this was a wonderful stay. Geralyn was so responsive and helpful with everything—transportation from the airport, booking tours, and taxis. The place is perfect for a trip to Manuel Antonio. It is right in the center of a bunch of great restaurants and shops and just a short walk away from the beach. We loved waking up and drinking our coffee with the views of the ocean. We stayed here for 5 nights over the New Year’s holiday week. We were two adults and our 12-year-old boy. We all enjoyed it and it was a perfect size place for us. I liked that it was the top villa, so we didn’t have noise above us and we had nice views. Everything was great and I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a visit to Manuel Antonio.

The location is ideally placed with proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping. We needed all three as we were travelling with two toddlers and they enjoy the beach a lot. Our concierge Geralyn was in touch even before our trip and started and helped us set-up activities. Kudos for that, we thoroughly enjoyed both the activities. They also quickly helped us when we weren't able to find the keys so the on-call support is excellent. Thanks much for being flexible on the late check-out as well. Perfect Place. Location, Location, Location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Comfortable beds

We had come to Manuel Antonio having just about out of clean clothing, and Febe offered to come over in the afternoon and wash them. That was the kind of above and beyond service Geralyn and Febe provided for our entire stay. Amazing view, beautiful unit.

Everything was just as advertised. Location to the beach, park and all the activities (restaurants, hotels and shops) was awesome. Only hitch was addresses are pretty much don't exist in Costa Rica. Make sure you have the what's App to communicate and locate the property. But I would definitely recommend this property as a vacation stay.

The Villa was spacious and comfortable for my family of five. The view of the Rocky Pacific ocean was beautiful. We woke to the sounds of Howler monkeys, and I enjoyed watching a pair of scarlet macaws on a daily basis. It was close to very good restaurants and the beach was absolutely beautiful

Had a wonderful time staying in Manual Antonio at this property. I was perfect for a family get away and was close to everything. The property was so different being part of a complex built into a hillside. Walked to restaurants, beach was a 3 minute drive and the National Park was within 5 minutes. A book of "Everything Goods" was supplied by the owner that really helped out in so many ways for tours, restaurants, etc... We will definitely stay again when we venture back to Costa Rica.

It was a lovely place with a great view of the ocean. Great restaurants, a grocery store, and a bank within walking distance from the villa. The best and most convenient mode of transportation was using the very inexpensive and continuously-running bus system. The concierge staff was very helpful in arranging all our tours and making our trip more enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back soon. Mark & Debbie

From the start, Renee and Steve were wonderful to work with. Very responsive and accommodating. The condo itself was even nicer than expected from the pictures and description. They have some of the most comfortable beds we've slept in while traveling (including the trundle bed). It felt so decadent being able to look out the window at the wonderful view. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We would see macaws and a resident basilisk ("jesus" lizard, that walks on water) daily from the pool. The location was great -right next to a grocery store and ATM, and in the middle of a number of great restaurants (cafe milagro, emilios, barba roja for sunsets). We even walked to el avion one night for dinner. It's a short drive to the park and both public beaches (espadilla and biesanz), and made for a great base to explore the area (we did a day trip to nauyaca waterfall). It was the perfect condo for our family of 4 and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Manuel Antonio. Highly recommend!

Very clean with lovely furnishings. Beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walking to lots of restaurants. We used just the King Suite and it slept our family of 5 (parents and 3 young adult kids) comfortably. Kitchen is very well equipped. Made for easy breakfasts and packed lunches, Grocery Store is a 2 min. walk. Maid did our laundry on request for just $5 a load. Only suggestion for improvement would be to replace the inflated twin mattress. It was SUPER loud. One rollover and it sounds like a loud storm outside. Weird and annoying in the middle of the night. But other than that, this place is fabulous!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this apartment a lot. The kids enjoyed the pool down the stairs and we could watch the local wildlife pass by through the nearby trees. We saw howler, squirrel and white-faced monkeys from our window as well as toucans and macaws. Geralyn was super helpful with booking a canopy tour for us and answering questions about the best beaches for kids. We stayed here 4 nights and would love to come back.

This condo is in a great location between Quepos and Manuel Antonio close to many nice restaurants, a bank, and stores. The unit was very nice had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was that the beds were super comfortable! The kids had a great time at the pool.

From the start, Renee and Steve were responsive and helpful in getting the reservation set up and paid for and answering some basic inquiries. Concierge Geralyn was a huge help throughout booking all the way through leaving on our last day. She helped us pick out and reserve a guided tour, answered a ton of questions leading up to our arrival and helped us throughout our stay as far as local recommendations for food and activities, directions, etc. The room was great with plenty of room to stretch out and the beds were very comfortable. The view is great as well. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a convienence store and a number of local restaurants. Not only would I recommend this place, I would likely stay here again if we come back to Costa Rica in the future.

We had a great time! It’s in a desirable location, and all of the items that you need can be found in the home. My only issue was the stairs and the busy road. We didn’t plan ahead for the stairs, and we had a lot of stuff. I was also nervous walking down the road with my kids because of the busy road. If you head down the hill, there is no sidewalk either, making it even harder to get around by foot. However, we would stay again! Geralyn was a amazing. She was very responsive, and ensured that we had a great stay. She even called taxi’s and take out orders for us. In addition, the home was clean, decorated nicely, and upgraded.
