The place is very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Super well equipped with everything you might need and lots of extras - snacks, drinks, ++. The rooftop deck has a wonderful view. The gym is also quite handy. Access to the suite isn't ideal - our virtual pass did not work to get in the building and the actual unit has a key so it meant we had only one key for our group. I would also suggest a little book in the place with some info on wifi, gym access code, etc. The owner did provide all of this info promptly when asked but it would save a bit of back and forth. Overall a great stay.

Spent the night here with 3 other friends to watch a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. The condo is within walking distance so we were able to cancel our reserved parking as well as save money and time, as traffic before and after the concert was busy. We were also able to walk around and try the different restaurants in the neighborhood. Street parking was easier than expected and reasonably priced. It was free from 8 pm - 8 am.
The unit itself is very clean and small. There's one bedroom with a queen bed. Two of us slept on the couch, and one used the electric queen air mattress. The fridge was stocked with bottled and sparkling water. There was also a bowl of snacks and sweets on the counter to welcome us. We love the view of the Space Needle from the living room and bedroom.
Communication with the host was great; response time was less than 24 hours. I'd recommend this place for 1-2 people, maybe a couple with a child. My friend and I are short, and that's the reason why the two of us fut on the L-shaped couch.
It's my first time with rentals, so the extra fees doubled the published rate. That's my only negative. VRBO should post all fees early on, and not when the bill shows up.

This condo has obviously been remodeled recenty and is very clean. Great view of the Space Needle! All your kitchen needs are met and the property is secure and in a neighborhood close to all Seattle downtown attractions.

Check in was delayed because apparently the housekeeper just has to keep the door unlocked with the key on the counter. What kind of check in process is this? I’ve never had such a horrible check in process. The door was locked and we had to wait an hour in the hallway after an exhausting and tiring day. All we wanted to do was get in the rental, change into comfy clothes and relax so this was extremelyyyy frustrating. We just awkwardly slumped ourselves in the hallway while neighbors stared passing by us. Such an unpleasant check in experience. The housekeeper said we could do a late check out but we didn’t need that, we just wanted an on time check in. Thanks but no thanks. Do better next time. The location is centralized but there was a lot of chaotic noise in this area, a lot of sirens, ambulances, neighbors who were loud and yelling- I mean cussing up a storm. The home itself was okay, the bed is hard and not really comfortable but it was nice and dark, and we were tired enough, we just knocked out. There was a nice view of the space needle. The candy on the coffee table could be tossed out, they looked like last years Halloween candy, like it had melted and were crushed. Lastly, the complimentary snacks and drinks make up for any negative reviews. Good job on that piece.

I was very happy with how clean and comfortable the place is! The view is amazing! I had a great time walking around to see all the sights with so many spots nearby. Waking up to the space needle everyday was an incredible Seattle experience. Will be coming back 😁

What an absolute find! The location is worth it is weight in gold with us being able to stroll to many of the city’s trademarks. Impeccable cleanliness that immediately put our mind at ease. The host provided great local recommendations like restaurants, evening walking areas and the little touches truly set our experience apart. Convenient, comfortable and delightful experience. Fun neighborhood and so close to everything we wanted to do and see. Plenty of food and entertainment places in walking distance. We really enjoyed the roof space as well. It was a little warm with no AC but it was almost August. Emily was terrific with the communication and answering our questions. The snacks were a great touch. I loved this space!

Perfect location, clean apartment. Close to restaurants and tourists attractions. We only stayed 2 nights but would have been comfortable staying a week. Great view from the balcony and bedroom.

Just what we need for the five of us before we went on our cruise. Although there is no ac it wasn’t a problem. The snacks were great after a long day of traveling! Air mattress pumped up and worked great as well. I would stay there again!

We loved the location of this property! It was in walking distance to everything. The apartment was very small but an extra mattress was available as well as a couch. The view of the space needle was amazing! Check in was very easy!
Emily was great and answered all my questions.
There were a variety of snacks left for us in our room and drinks in the fridge. There was also a great pizza place and cafe on the next street over.
The only negative is the smell in the hallway. It was a strong urine smell. The positive was the smell was NOT in the room.
I would stay here again. :)

We were in Seattle for a long weekend and decided to do a VRBO. It was a nice little condo in a good area for walking. We could walk easily to the Space needle from here and we also walked home from Lumen Field, which was just over 30 mins. The apartment was clean enough and had all we needed. It was a good spot to relax and I would recommend it.

Very clean. Perfect size for a couple. Secure building, fantastic neighborhood. Literally could stay in a 3-5 block radius for casual and fancy food, coffee, Space needle area. 7 min walk to Belltown. 15 min walk to downtown. Managing team super responsive.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was an affordable option for me and my 4 other friends. We were able to take the bus and/or walk to all locations that we wanted to go to.

Place is located in Belltown, you can see the Space needle from your window.it is only 5 min walk to the MPop, the Needle and the Chihuly Garden! Also great places to eat at are located nearby. We did have some minor issues with the place, such as no hairdryer, insinkerator was not working and the kitchen sink would not drain properly. Then we found by residents in the building that the key fob we were given to enter the building was deactivated two weeks ago, but the host quickly reacted and provided us with a virtual key. Overall place is cozy, but small and needs some minor renovation like paint and appliances. Coffee machine only worked the first day and the pots and pans were worn out.Living room sofa is not extendable, so you have to use the blowup mattress for two more people to sleep in for a max of 4. Building had a great roof, where you can enjoy a beer and a great direct view of the Space Needle! We would come back!

We had a great time staying here for a girl's weekend! The place was cute, clean, and well-stocked with snacks. We spent hours one night just playing What Do You Meme.
The only hiccup was the smart lock on the door was a bit of a pain. The app didn't work on any of our phones so someone had to come let us in. The host was very communicative during the whole process though and the rest of our stay was amazing!

My family and I stayed here for NYE and we absolutely loved it! The unit was so pretty and clean. The owners were fantastic at communicating with us. We were able to walk to dinner from the building. We found street parking without any issue. The view from the roof of the city and of the space needle was incredible. It was the best NYE we have ever had! It was a quiet location too, minus people getting a little loud for NYE which was of course expected. We absolutely want to stay here again!

This was a wonderful location, close walking distance to everything! Emily was super accommodating and very helpful. The check-in process had a few hiccups but partly because I didn’t read the directions well. Emily kindly walked me through it and once settled we had a a lovely stay!

Emily’s place is in a great location and it is very clean. However, we had 5 of us staying there and it was too crowded. Realistically, this property should be listed for 3-4 people only.
