Discouraged impression by us and our guests was over the unkept exterior landscaping (lawn, shrubbery, back deck). Noticed bees, hornets, around the front porch and back deck. The skylight in the master bathroom interrupted sleep and was very bright (recommend having a shade).
The interior was very clean, well-kept and very accommodating. A nice, quiet neighborhood, and the park for the kids was nice.
Thank you for addressing the lawn on Saturday. Keith was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

We always struggle to find accommodations that are kid friendly, clean, and in a good neighborhood. This Kentwood property was absolutely perfect. The price was right and the house was not cluttered at all. We really enjoyed the layout and the playground in the shared back area for our kids. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

This rental was spotless, cozy, stocked, and comfortable. The kitchen was so organized and had all the necessities you would need. I can be a germaphobe with rentals (carpet, bedding, eek) but this place was so clean, every corner and surface. The layout was great for our family with two little ones. 15 min drive from downtown GR, 10 mins from Gaslight Village in East GR (such a cute area). House could use a little curb appeal love, but it didn’t impact our stay. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for our family to meet for a week while we were visiting extended family in the area for a wedding. It was good to have 3 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Our granddaughter enjoyed the neighborhood playground.

Air conditioning broke the day we arrived. The owners brought self standing air Conditioners immediately. Took good care of us.

Wonderful neighborhood, great house for a multigenerational family
We were 2 grandparents, a single mom, and a 6 y.o. visiting family locally. We were equidistant from their homes in Grandville and Grand Rapids, respectively. Very clean, very well equipped. Wonderful family neighborhood with a common play area accessible without going in the street. It is not without stairs, if that is a consideration. (It was not for us.) Plenty of space to hang out, fix simple meals, and shower in-between our visits to our relatives. Daylight from the skylight in the MB bathroom might be an issue for some. Bring eye covers if it bothers you. Other bedrooms had plenty of room darkening shades/curtains. Easy access to grocery stores, fast food, gas stations, etc. but far enough that we didn't hear noise from any of those. Also close to airport, but no airport noise (!). WOULD DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN.

My husband & I stayed at this home to attend my son's wedding & shared it with my daughter, another son, & daughter-in-law. It was very roomy, clean, & comfortable. The location is near the airport & close to eateries & grocery stores. We had everything we needed to relax & prepare for the festivities. Highly recommended! Loved it!

Great Family lodging
My husband & I stayed here with our daughter, son, & daughter-in-law to attend my other son's wedding. The home is spacious, well-appointed, & so comfortable! Having everything we needed allowed us to relax & enjoy each other's company while preparing for the festivities. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations! Highly recommended!

Very beautiful home it was everything that was decided on vrbo. Super clean very clean soft plush carpet through out the house I personally loved the floor plan of the house and how it was set up. Rather you was upstairs or down you was still able to interact with others Me and my family loved staying there
